everytime i have came here its either no ice cream or no drinks PERIOD because it needs sprite. the service mostly sucks. waiting at the window for about 8 mins before they said anything to us , looked at us multiple times. finally asked for my card. didnt get it back for a while.

Make sure you verify that you got what you ordered. If you don't and get home and call them after they messed up your order you will be accused of lying and and trying to steal from this location. Makes sense to be accused of lying and stealing after they made the mistake and fucked up your order! The crazy part is that I only ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger had to return to the damn store to argue my innocents and show them I wasn't lying and trying to steal from them. CRAZY!!

I’m not one to normally post reviews. But this was bad. Milkshake machine was broken, once again. But instead of telling me that when I told the name on my order, they tried to make it a different way…. It was horrific. Ordered a large cheesecake master shake (my favorite one to get) for my partner and I to split…but instead received a milkshake with cheesecake syrup at the bottom of cup. They use clear cups now, so it was very visible. I put my straw in and tasted it, yep straight syrup. The guy had already walked away. I honked my horn slightly to get their attention again. That’s when he informed me that their machine was broken (once angain) and they had to make it a different way. I asked if I could just get a refund because it is disgusting and then he told me I had to call a number to get a refund. So, I said I would try to get something else that’s equal the price, he suggested a blast. The price was someone similar (cheaper) but I said sure.I get the blast and it is like half the size cup and isn’t even filled to the top of the cup, nonetheless the top of the lid…. So I said, it’s not even full. He said he could possibly add more to it. At this point I was done, and just left.Never going back again. If you want a sonic milkshake, I strongly suggest going to a different location, than the one on AUSTIN BLUFFS.I would post pictures if I could.

Soggy tator tots and onion rings, over cooked chicken. Horrible service. Worse sonic I have been too. No hamburgers or ice cream. The manager needs to learn to order.
No ice cream or burgers. Great they told us ahead. However they over cooked the chicken. Very chewy. Then we got 6 onion rings. We were informed that is a order of onion rings. Worse sonic we have gone too. ????

Bunch of clowns. Stopped and got a sonic blast. Looking forward to my ice cream treat. The guy hand me the sonic blast and then proceeds to tell me that they don’t have spoons. I asked him what I was supposed to do with a sonic blast without a spoon. He just said I don’t know. bunch of idiots.

This is by far the worst location in the Springs and it shows. My most recent experience was hearing they were out of meat for burgers….On a Sunday afternoon no less. On other occasions they have messed up my order and I have received the wrong products after waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. Their response for these issues is to contact the management, but it’s useless. They have had plenty of complaints and they are very well aware. Something should have been done by now. Your best bet, is to avoid this location like the plague.The other locations seem to be managed significantly better.
