My friend found a damn fingernail in her drink. Matter a fact *3 broken pieces of a fingernail. We tried to call multiple times (at different times) to comment about it & they wouldn’t answer
The young lady at the drive thru window, during the week is Excellent! She is Courteous and does her job well. I am tried if lack of Customer Service in this town. She is an example how do be respectful to customers! I drive past 2 sonics to go to this one inarticulate. Thank you!

I’m not one to normally post reviews. But this was bad. Milkshake machine was broken, once again. But instead of telling me that when I told the name on my order, they tried to make it a different way…. It was horrific. Ordered a large cheesecake master shake (my favorite one to get) for my partner and I to split…but instead received a milkshake with cheesecake syrup at the bottom of cup.
