I often stop at this store on my way to work in the morning and do a mobile order. The staff here are always amazing. Usually my drink is ready when I walk in, if it’s not it’s because they are slammed and they are always so on top of making everyone gets taken care of. Constantly greeting people when they enter and thanking them and telling them to have a good day when they leave. Top notch customer service at this store and I love coming here.
I have been stopping at this location before work for years. The service is outstanding - staff knows you by name and asks if your drink is okay. I do not understand all the negativity in some of these reviews. Everyone there is kind and works hard, including the manager, Kristina. Thanks for all you do!

This Starbucks location tends to be a little bit busier and louder given its location in the shopping center.If you’re looking for a quiet space to work from may not be the best option. There’s another Starbucks up the road on Briargate Pwy.Is has seating outside for the warm months with a nice view of the mountain and plenty of seating inside.Service is great and fast.Parking: I’ve never had issues with parking here.
