This Starbucks location tends to be a little bit busier and louder given its location in the shopping center.If you’re looking for a quiet space to work from may not be the best option. There’s another Starbucks up the road on Briargate Pwy.Is has seating outside for the warm months with a nice view of the mountain and plenty of seating inside.Service is great and fast.Parking: I’ve never had issues with parking here. The only things is be ready to not be able to park right in front of the entrance as it can get busy. As long as you’re okay to take a few steps, plenty of parking!

I often stop at this store on my way to work in the morning and do a mobile order. The staff here are always amazing. Usually my drink is ready when I walk in, if it’s not it’s because they are slammed and they are always so on top of making everyone gets taken care of. Constantly greeting people when they enter and thanking them and telling them to have a good day when they leave. Top notch customer service at this store and I love coming here.

I have been stopping at this location before work for years. The service is outstanding - staff knows you by name and asks if your drink is okay. I do not understand all the negativity in some of these reviews. Everyone there is kind and works hard, including the manager, Kristina. Thanks for all you do!

The slowest service I have ever received at any Starbucks in my life. I’m all for the legalization of weed but damn if you’re employees are this slow maybe don’t allow that here. If they were not high then this is the most sorry excuse I’ve seen for any work crew.

I bought a grande Strawberry acai and the whole cup was filled with ice. It took about 5 sips just to finish the drink. Next time I’ll remember to ask for light ice,because the amount of ice they gave me was insane. Bye bye 7 dollars.
Emily and Sophie made my son and I so happy today!!! He was nervous to take mommy on a date and I was indecisive and they made it a day to remember with all their help and smiles. Huge shout out to these girls for the hard work and love clearly shown for us

We live in Pueblo, and this location is in Colorado Springs. We some times stop on the way to Children’s Hospital Briargate. They are always friendly and fast. Good service is why we keep stopping.

I came in right at closing but the staff was very friendly and welcoming! They got my order fixed up fast and got me back on the road quickly all while making me the best chia frap I have ever had. Really awesome crew at this location and anytime we're in the city this will be our stop, thanks for the great service.Parking: Large lot with plenty of parking.
