I pay $7 for them to fill the cup like this. I got a tall drink in my grande. I like this starbucks they always make my drink right, but a $7 drink 75% filled is a rip off. (Posted pic of cup)
I had a great experience today with the baristas going above and beyond in their customer service! A noticeable trend of bad customer service is happening at a lot of companies.Today gave me hope that not all is lost!
