I come here multiple times a week, and usually have a decent experience but today not so much. I did a mobile order, walked in, saw my name on the label and Lizz standing there. No cars in the drive thru when I pulled up, and only one person in line inside. I sat and watched Lizz grab other labels and make their orders, and ignore mine. She looked over at me multiple times, never asked if I was waiting for anything or said she would be with me soon. After about 7 min, a kind younger male walked over and asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes and pointed to my label sitting there. He made my drink quickly and perfectly. Get it together.

Jewel (the manager) needs to take courses on how to speak to customers and ALL the other BAD reviews about this location say the same and they are a reflection of her.she is the rude angry blonde in all the other reviews!This is why angry teens who think they are so unique because they shop hot topic, ARE NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL.Instead of saying SORRY we jacked up your drinks, instead I got the passive-aggressive b.s. comment "gee seems like we never can get your drink correct" and "I remember last month we had to remake it"Omg I'm a monster for asking to remake my drink.... *****TWICE in 2 years**** An entire $14. NOW u and now u lost a customers and hurt your reputation. read all the feedback and work on people skills.

It's hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the drinks are delicious, but more than not they are not good. I don't understand the consistency. They're too busy trying to go fast here that they don't make the drinks correct. For over $7, I would like the drink to taste good and consistent. This used to be my go to location, but have been going a few more miles down the road to the next Starbucks.

Ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich and was given a tomato pesto sandwich instead. The bag quite literally said “turkey bacon sandwich” on the outside of it.
