I come here multiple times a week, and usually have a decent experience but today not so much. I did a mobile order, walked in, saw my name on the label and Lizz standing there. No cars in the drive thru when I pulled up, and only one person in line inside. I sat and watched Lizz grab other labels and make their orders, and ignore mine. This is such a convenient location for me! and I have always gotten wonderful service. All of the baristas are very sweet and attentive. There is a super funny and kind red headed teen that’s the best!

First time at this location and I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 Venti drinks and all 3 were only filled 3/4 full and one of the drinks which was a Frappuccino was 90% whip cream. Not going to this location ever again.
