Literally every single item in our order was wrong. What was supposed to be a footling was a 6 inch. Sandwiches that were supposed to have double meat didn't. The worst part was that they refused to make it right. Savannah said that there was a new employee. I guess Savannah couldn't be bothered to actually supervise the new employee and check to make sure they got it right. She was so rude to me that I will never go to this Subway again.
Grubhub drivers beware. The Mexican dude "pablo" (or some other Mexican name), doesn't have a single brain cell to his name. The customer messed up and ordered 2 delivery orders, and I had one. One said "Nicholas r" and one said "Nicholas s" and my app said "Nicholas (." Which was OBVIOUSLY just an app error and he was telling me he couldn't give me either sandwich. This is why he's like 45 years old and still works in fast food. I had to make the other chick call the manager...read full review
