33 minutes for a single cheesy bean and rice burrito. What the actual hell. I only gave 2 stars because when I asked the kid making food, he bumped my order up in line. Kid hated his life, though.On top of the stupid long wait, it was painfully obvious they were prioritizing the drive through orders over online or in store orders as I'm sure corporate grades them on their speed of drive-through. They desperately need to hire more people and staff for dinner rushes accordingly....read full review
Management is horrible!!! I walked in to order at the counter and the Manager refused to help saying that I needed to use the kiosk. However, I couldn't use rewards points and the mobile app was not working. I ended up going through the drive thru to show the coupon I had and the Manager got pissy and complained I needed to use the online app for coupons but, again, the online app wasn't working and the Manager was obviously put out by request for help.

Waited over 30 minutes for a chicken quesadilla and 4 tacos. This isn't the first time this has happened. Don't bother wasting your time here at this Taco Bell. The lobby isn't clean and you are always waiting over 30 minutes for food.
