Went to the drive thru but our order was missing items and had items we didn't order. Brought it in to get it corrected and was forgotten after 30 minutes of waiting. Left with a refund. A lady waiting inside also had waited 20 minutes for a single taco. No name tags so couldn't say who was who but I'm sure it doesn't matter since none of them could do a good job. Worst taco bell EVER!

As always you walk into Taco Bell and you’re left standing for upwards of 5-10 minutes before you’re even acknowledged. Also, why do they have a pickup rack if they don’t use it? I’m standing there my order status says ready but I see no order. A lady yells at me from the back and asks my name eventually and looks confused, if you wanna hear me better try walking to the counter instead of yelling from a kitchen. Finally another lady has to come up and ask my name then she goes to pull my order from the back counter. All of this could have been avoided if you’d use your own pickup rack.

I went through the drive thru a few days ago, I believe the young lady who took care of me was named Malia (although cashier name on receipt says Carol W. ) well Malia or carol who ever took care of me was more than exceptional in their customer service and deserves praise for who hard they were working! I Appreciate the fast & friendly service !

No option to order with a human, only one of the self-service kiosks. The order process was filled with upsell prompts, requests for email address, etc. It took forever. If Taco Bell is going to use so much of my time, they should add me to the payroll.

Past three times I’ve come here my food is wrong. I’ve tried the drive through, came back when it was wrong and they told to leave even though I was super polite. Came inside and spoke to someone the second time. They clarified my order and was super polite. Got home and it was wrong. Had to go to a different location to have my food fixed as I was too far at that point to waste my time driving back. Today I went inside, used the kiosk. Asked for light cheese on something, it came with none. I ordered a burrito and for some weird reason it came without the sauce it said it does and it came with bacon, which it’s not supposed to. Don’t bother trying to get a refund, they won’t do it. They just tell you to leave even if you bring it all back. Head to a location down south, this one is terrible.

Didn’t have much of a problem with the long wait for food, but when we finally got our food it was not up to standards whatsoever. The 3 cheese flatbreads had the smallest scoop of chicken and no sauce, it was like eating a plain flatbread by itself. They messed up the order as well, all around just not pleased with the food at this location, I’ve never had an issue like this with any other locations.
