This was our first time to a teriyaki madness and we had a terrible experience. When we walked in several people were in the dining room, no one had food, everyone was waiting and very frustrated. The gentleman working the counter was obviously frazzled. He had us wait about 5-10 minutes to order while he tried to organize food. We finally ordered for dine in and sat waiting for an hour for our food. I finally went to the counter and asked where our food was and he found the order. I do not know if our food was sitting the whole time or if it had just been finished because there were piles of food everywhere. The gentleman refunded my money and we took the food to go since we had already waited an hour and needed to get home. At the time we left still no one in the dining room had food, and everyone there had been waiting at least 30 minutes if not more. We got home, which is a half hour away, to find that both our meals, which had chicken as the protein were burned! Both meals were inedible. Terrible experience, will not go back!
I had a large steak bowl and my steak was beef jerky and vegetables were cold. My wife had regular teriyaki chicken bowl with noodles. No vegetables and she had vegetables which was also cold. Also, both bowls had extra meat and I couldn’t tell if it had extra meat or not we will wait and see if this place last six months before we try again maybe it’s because it’s brand new. This may be a good place for young people with no taste.

food is hit or miss. there was probably one good time we have gotten food. This last time, I got called about 45 minutes after I placed an online order to say they are out of white rice, chicken breast, and noodles. still got charged for the +1.00 extra I paid for the fried rice. My husband picked up the order so he didn't think to check. He still waited over 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready for pick up for it to be ready. will probably not be back.
