“Cool cyberpunk anime bar with solid Japanese food. I tried the Yuzu infused sake and had to order another. It was a great mix without being overwhelming with citrus. The service was quick but the bar was small and packed to the brim. Friendly patrons, great drinks, and a solid selection of rice bowls if you're feeling hungry. I'll be returning to try out more of their menu!“
“My husband got the spicy tonkotsu and I got a poke bowl and food was 10/10. Freshest fish and creamiest flavorful ramen. In addition, we felt spoiled and taken care of the second we walked in!!! Julia, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed including our 2 year old, not hesitating to bring us some extra treats to keep everyone happy and entertained. “Super good. We usually go to Fuji Bistro but decided to try tomo since it’s closer. It did not disappoint. It was delicious. The crab ragoons were perfect and my sushi bento box was so big I had leftovers even after sharing with my toddler. My husband got the Alaska roll and it was delicious too. The service was great. Price was typical for good sushi and we will be back.“

“Gem that’s in the cut! Definitely some of the freshest sushi I’ve had in Colorado Springs. They gave us soup (miso) and salad with our selection of sushi. I also had the plum sake (very warm delicious) which went well with my meal came down super smooth! Definitely will be back again for another bite.“
“Awesome service. We needed to be in and out in less than an hour, and they delivered! Amazing sushi (the McLaren roll seemed weird, but was the most sinfully amazing thing I've ever had! Bacon, in sushi? Yet it worked). We got complimentary miso soup, and were able to seat us very quickly (adding to their service). I cannot recommend this place enough. They are well known for their sushi rolls to go with every state, and they are devine. “We eat here at least twice a month. Their food is so fresh, the service is over the top! Don't let the name fool you, aside from the best sushi in town they offer so much more! I love their salmon teriyaki and my husband loves their tempura shrimp. We generally get bento boxes at lunch. Did I mention the lychee martini?? Five stars!!!“

“We came here for the first time during a very icy and snowy evening. We got warm ramen and some gyoza. The dumplings are actually deep fried, very delicious! The ramen was hot and had many toppings inside. For just $11 it hit the spot for that cold night. We will come back to try some other things they offer!“
“The wife and I have been patronizing this Yakitory since the Yakitory off of South Nevada Avenue closed. We have enjoyed Yakitory stores since the early 70s. There was a Yakitory on Union Boulevard at Van Buren Street and there was a Yakitori downtown for many years. There is still a couple others that are not as good.“
“We picked up food from Mama Poke last night, for the first time, and were pleasantly surprised.First, the parking was adequate and close to the restaurant. I was the only person in the restaurant when I went in and I said that I was there for an online order under my name...I mentioned that I'm sure it's not ready yet, but I can pay (it was more than 10 minutes before the estimated ready time), but my food was all ready to go! So, anyway, I was back home before I had even expected to pick up the food (really nice)!We ordered a couple of poke bowls and a couple of appetizers and each item was fresh and tasty. I don't have too much to compare to, but these items definitely had a nice, strong flavor and texture. One thing to mention: the spicy tuna actually is quite spicy (great for us, but might be a surprise to some people).In my opinion, the prices are a little steep (especially for kids items), but that's the world we're living in, now...All in all, this was a nice experience and we'll certainly be back again!“

“Our food was amazing. We had the yummy rolls, and gyoza to start. We ordered bento kids meals, as well as Bento adult meals and ended with tempura ice cream. Everything had a really nice presentation too. However, it was our server, Grace, that really made our experience great! She anticipated our every need and was patient with all our kids.“

“Great food! I can't stress that enough! There service, on the other hand, is lacking. We ordered and when it came out something was missing so I went to the counter to ask about the missing item. They looked at me like I was speaking a different language. The staff seemed totally apathetic and didn't seem to care at all. The person at the counter tried to tell me that I didn't oder it. When I insisted that I did It took several minutes for them to look up the order to verify. I, in fact, DID order the missing item. We did eventually get the missing item but we had long since finished and opted to take it home. 10/10 for the food. 3/10 for service.“
