The "taco" was disgusting. Couldn't even eat it because it just fell apart in the slop that was tossed onto of it.No utensils, Not to mention the price for two "tacos" a drink and a margarita was overpriced for what we got. How does Taco Bell out do you, taste better and a decent price? Won't ever be going back. You should just torch torchy's, collect the insurance money and do other things.

If you want mediocre tacos for a high price, this is your place. The sides were garbage. My rice was hard as it was not cooked fully. The street corn was not good. Too much money for the food they serve here if you ask me.

Spent over $80 on twelve tacos and chips & queso. Should I have checked the contents before leaving? Should I have opened the tacos to make sure they were labeled correctly? A friendly response from the business provided no correction. This is my friendly response: reconsider ordering from this location, and I'll consider ordering again when back in atx.

Love Torchys, not too much to say beyond that. Only good things all around. Tried almost every taco at Torchys, save maybe some Tacos of the month I missed, and havent been let down once. If I had to say one criticism that im not sure has a good solution, is that the flour tortilla tacos get soggy extremely quickly if you take them to go. As in from restaurant to the car distance was enougj to get soggy tortilla. The only thing I could think is maybe a piece of absorbtive parchment or something around the taco before wrapping with aluminum might help? Maybe not though? But still delicious as all hell. 10/10Also queso is a must. Maybe best queso... ever? Love Torchys, and this is a great Torchys location.Fast, friendly, clean, good atmosphere, high food quality that Ive come to expect from all Torchys.

Seem like a great idea. We ordered online and arrived at scheduled time. They lost our order and by the time we ate everything was very cold. It sat for about 25 min until they found it. Just wasn't as good that cold. Probably won't go back.

Underwhelming, been here several times since they opened and enjoyed it, but there has been a steady decline in quality coupled with substantial price hikes. I get it, inflation blah blah, but when you raise prices significantly and lower quality there are so many better options around. Tacos were cold and underfilled despite being ~$6 each. Sit down prices for fast food quality/service.

We waited almost 45 minutes for our food and the adult food came mixed up with the children’s food. I guess they don’t separate the two. The overall customer service is what you would expect in a modern day America very mediocre.
