Don't waste your time with this Walmart. They don't answer the phones and the customer service needs some work. Sounds like upper management needs some more coaching on how to manage the store.

This Walmart had everything we needed, but the checkout was frustrating. The self checkouts were guarded by an employee who said that there wasn't any change but that we would be fine to use card. The card reader barely worked. We asked the employee for help, and she informed us that there was a special trick to make it work. After getting help, we were able to complete checkout. All of these stars are for the employee who helped us although I can't remember her name. She was left running around shouting instructions to people while trying resolve as many problems as possible.

It is really hard to give an opinion about a Wal-Mart when you work at one even when it's not one you work at. This was the first one I have been to out of my state and I didn't know the self check outs here are card only so you have to go to a register to pay cash. It was clean and the lines weren't long, but there was a couple items miss labeled which I could have gotten my item for about $15 cheaper if I said something. I also had the desire to fix it.

Nice store for a Walmart. Dropped a star because well... its Walmart and it's a small business killer. Also dropped a star because there is next to no customer service. Other than that, we found everything we needed and it was all in stock.

I just wish the employees were more friendly. Hardly a greeting at the registers, no asking if I found everything. I understand not seeing a smile because of the masks, but acknowledgement and a kind word go a long way.

Dominic was awesome! It’s currently 10:15pm and I had to make a huge shopping trip that was $200 for my school and I had to pay the entire thing in one dollar bills. I was super nervous to go pay because I didn’t want the clerk to be mad at me, but I lucked out so much. Dominic was really fun to talk to and he bagged all my groceries and counted all my cash without complaint. He needs a raise or something. What an awesome guy. I’m glad I left Walmart with a smile.

They had shotgun shells at a reasonable price, which is great!! Wish I could buy more than 3 boxes but I understand the 3 box limit.

This store always have stocking carts out and pallets stacked everywhere. They only have 1 or 2 lanes with checkers. It is a hassle to right a check in the self check out. You would think during the pandemic they would have more checkers. To many people touching the screens at self checkout.They used to be good till they turned cheap and won't hire people to work. The store is understocked most of the time in groceries.I have only 2 choices to shop, there and Safeway. That all Trinidad has t offer. Ugh
I have never shopped here and not been disappointed. I have never shopped here and been able to get what I needed because they are always out of SO many things. If you need something that requires a key to get to it then be ready for a very long wait and attitude from it's associates.

Saw way too many people in there not wearing a mask. The greeter wad doing nothing to stop people from entering. Now we know there has been a mask mandated by the Colorado governor. It's a shame that a store like this who has hundreds of customers throughout the day are not enforcing this policy. It's even bad enough when half of the employees were not either not wearing the masks at all or talking with them beneath their chins. I was only in the store for 10 mins and counted 13 people walking in or checking out at the counter and the cashiers and greeters are staying nothing. What concerns you have for others around you

The two women working in women's clothing tonight is stealing from the store. Both are taking underwear and putting it in their pockets. Maybe you should think twice about who your hire.

They are too cheap to pay cashiers so the lines on a sunday morning were literally 15+ deep. Every line, well the 4 they had open. They have 16 cashier lanes available. The self checkout line was about 30+ people deep. This is rediculous. The lines are always long here, but this is awful. Go to the Walmart on 85/87 the meat selection is better and they have shorter lines. Ridiculous.

My grocery pick up order was ready for pick up and I went to get it, and the line was so long . I waited an 1.5 hours and finally get a spot and the lady says she doesn't see my order so I wait another 30 min so she could check on it ..she never came back so I asked someone else and he said my order isn't even ready for pick up . This is so unprofessional why did they email me and say it was If it's not? Considering not shopping here anymore
