Lately a lot of the times I've been going to Wendy's the food has not been hot and fresh anymore the food is always cold now.
The burgers I ordered were fresh, hot n juicy, that is the only good thing I have to say, the French fries were old and cold, which I don't understand because I waited almost 15 min in the drive thru. Plus I ordered a double classic with Cheese and a single classic with cheese and only got two singles. Plus I asked for the upgrade item chocolate chunk cookies times 2 and didn't receive any. Got charged for everything (without a receipt either! )spent 30 bucks but only received...read full review
