service, food and staff were amazing. I ordered the prime rib and I felt like john candy eating the ol' 96er it was that big. the prime rib itself was amazing!
Wonderful food with great flavor. The service staff were all friendly and helpful. We just decided to stop on our long road trip home and are VERY happy we did.

We were in Cortez in August for two nights. We ate at Shiloh's the first night and it was so good, on our way out we made a reservation for the second night. The second night was equally great. Thank you, Tyler, for the tremendous service.
