The food here is always amazing. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating of families with children. It's very convenient to guests staying in hotels and while reservations are recommended they're not required. We come here every time we come to town. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love Shiloh's. The food is some of the best in the 4-corners. It is normally perfectly seasoned, hot, and just overall fantastic. The outdoor seating is absolutely lovely, surrounded by greenery and a water feature. In colder months, we sit inside. It's still lovely and cozy. Would recommend to anyone.

Do you like flavorless meat? Do you like flavorless potatoes? Than this is your spot! Presentation was exceptional and implied delicious things to come, yet tasted like what I expect a 3D printed burger to taste like. Zero flavor whatsoever ever. Steak fries had a delightful crust, zero flavor. The only flavor to be found was in an onion ring that probably is not made in house cause the sautéed onions had zero flavor. If it weren't for the delightful cranberry relish served with the bread roll this would have zero taste. So if you yourself have no taste and are based entirely on looks this is your kindred restaurant.

Shiloh's food is good but considering the high cost and it is a steak house, I do expect a high end presentation. The food came to the table luke warm, so not good timing on the food. One of our steaks came very rare when ordered medium. A "nice" restaurant needs to have nice and modern stemware for wine not stemware from the '50's. The atmosphere is dull no back ground music and people asked us to stop talking even though we were not loud. Finally, they almost lost our credit card and finally found it in the trash because our server lost it. I have never been impressed with Shiloh's.. There is a new steak house opening in Dolores so we are hoping it is better and more up to date.

We live in Cortez but had not been to Shiloh's since the current owner took control. My wife had the filet mignon. It was outstanding. As is often the case, the staff was short but out server, Dayton, did a great job.

I met a colleague for lunch at this restaurant. Our servers were friendly. They bring bread, with butter and jam right off the bat. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak which was tasty. Instead of fries, I ordered a house salad which I enjoyed. My colleague also ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and enjoyed her sandwich. The indoor section of the restaurant is small-ish, but we didn't have any issues with seating at lunch. The menu looks tasty and I would go back for dinner if I were in the area.

Our first visit...Food and service were both fantastic! One of the best places in town!

Stopped by for lunch on a Friday afternoon & the food was quite delicious. As a fair warning the serving size were quite big. However, the food was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Saw a family who has someone who was in a wheelchair & it seemed like they had no issues moving around the restaurant.

This is a nice, quaint, little restaurant on the main road in Cortez. It's at the intersection of Walmart. The food was excellent! It was a family dinner, 5 people, so that is why it was over 100 dollars. Proces I believe are reasonable based on what the menu items were. I specifically ordered the grilled salmon with avocado butter and vegetables and paired it with a glass of Merlot from their wine list. It was excellent! I recommend it for anyone going there to eat. I also recommend the restaurant. It was a perfect selection to go with the family.Dietary restrictions: You should be able to find something to fit your requirements if in a diet.Parking: The parking lot behind Shiloh is small and a tight fit for larger passenger trucks.
