Convenient coffee/snack bar in hotel. Wasn't disappointed with food variety and coffee options for a location such as this. Not sure about the value as it's a convenient amenity in the Hyatt.

We grabbed a bite and a White Chocolate Mocha in this lobby of the Hyatt before heading to the airport. The breakfast sandwiches really hit the spot.

I'm very surprised to see this low rating (of 2.5 as of today on Nov 6, 2023.) As I was riding the Light Rail to run some errands downtown I, all of a sudden, needed to make a very important business call in a quiet place so when I spotted this cafe from the train car, I rushed here once the train made a stop at California and 16th. This is a market/deli/cafe/bar in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Once you enter the hotel lobby through the main door, you make a right to get to this market+bar area. Very spacious, open feeling, there are more than several couches and high-top tables to get your laptop open. The bar was closed (opens at 2pm) but you can sit there if you'd like. That's exactly what I did. As I walked by the market area, I saw some delicious looking pies/tarts/cakes. There were also premade foods that can take it for to go. Bottled drinks are also available. The coffee menu has quite the selection. There were two types of scones and the Lavender ones caught my attention so when I walked up to the ordering counter, I asked for one of them and a small iced coffee. The kind lady at the counter told me they only had medium sized cups (16oz to be exact) or larger so I said 16oz would be just fine. Then a surprise came. The lady said, "Our system is down right now so we cannot ring up anything so everything is free to you!" I was like, "What?? Are you sure?" I would have at least left a small tip as a thank you but since I'm a person who rarely carries cash, I couldn't do so. I felt bad...The lady said to not worry about it. I saved the scone for later but had the iced coffee while I sat at the bar trying to make that business call. They get coffee beans from Starbucks (as the plastic cup has/had the logo on it.) It actually tasted really good. Later in the day, I finally had the scone at home. And it was amazingly good. There is/was a hint of lavender in it (so it's not overwhelmingly lavender-ey.) There is a sprinkle of sugar on top of it but the sweetness from it is not overpowering either. And it's a good size, too. I'm very particular about scones and their scones passed the test!! Now I know a good place to go to get me a delicious scone if I'm downtown again.

Sont order the bacon burrito. Tasted weird. Took 2 bites took it back and told them to throw it away. Barely an apology and charged me full price for the bagel I got instead. It was at least edible. Coffee was good.

Spacious Bar at the Hyatt hotel. Food is below average at best (we had the wings - not so good) and pretzel (average), and we heard similar feedback from others at the bar. However, they do remain open later than the area hotels/bars - so a good place for a drink. The service was fine. I would not go back to eat, but certainly would go back for an evening drink as we plan where to go next.

Super courteous service, delicious bagels and very good hot beverages coffee/ tea etc. They have all of the milks including almond and oat which is very nice - great place for a quick bite and very nice to have in the hotel

Great Place for coffee and quick breakfast while in hotel. Cappuccino is good. Good yogurt. Can pickup simple sandwiches and salads. We used it many times while staying in the Hyatt hotel. Some complaints we heard: they do not allow any cash. Always good to have options

The service is great, but I was given raw chicken. Thankfully I noticed right away and didn’t get sick from it, but this is unacceptable. So gross. If you must get food from here, get something already prepared and packaged.

Ordering room service online resulted in… well, it didn’t get delivered. Calling got voicemail. Eventually had to pick it up in-person half an hour late. Their online ordering portal might be to blame… the receipt said “pick up” though I definitely had selected room delivery when ordering.Food was pre-packaged, so no modifications were possible. This came out after the app asked if there were special instructions when ordering. To cap it off, the chicken salad wrap was soggy and had a chunk of bone. Yuck.

As of December 2021, for those staying at the downtown Denver AC Marriott or Le Meridian, this Assembly Hall Bar in the Hyatt Regency has coffee available early in the morning before your hotel opens for coffee. The only odd part of this coffee bar is the option to tip when you are getting handed an empty cup to go make your own coffee.

This is a nice place to stop by to meet and chat with friends. Downtown Denver, many comfortable seating arrangements. Good coffee.

They seem to pay good attention to you here. It’s a Convention Center Hotel catering to the business traveler. I like this. It’s a very clean modern hotel with plenty of comfortable lobby seating areas. Keep in mind though that it can be bustling in the weekday mornings, starting about 07:30 - 8 am. The Assembly Hall Market offers many of your favorite Starbucks drinks. They have some good morning sweet things like fresh baked blueberry and orange muffins, croissants, more and the like. Yogurt, etc… The prices aren’t too out of line. The staff’s friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
