I'm very surprised to see this low rating (of 2.5 as of today on Nov 6, 2023.) As I was riding the Light Rail to run some errands downtown I, all of a sudden, needed to make a very important business call in a quiet place so when I spotted this cafe from the train car, I rushed here once the train made a stop at California and 16th. Spacious Bar at the Hyatt hotel. Food is below average at best (we had the wings - not so good) and pretzel (average), and we heard similar feedback from others at the bar. However, they do remain open later than the area hotels/bars - so a good place for a drink. The service was fine. I would not go back to eat, but certainly would go back for an evening drink as we plan where to go next.

Convenient coffee/snack bar in hotel. Wasn't disappointed with food variety and coffee options for a location such as this. Not sure about the value as it's a convenient amenity in the Hyatt.
