Not a great burger. Some fancy ass chef decided that SWEET pickles are better. Me and my friend both had to remove them after noticing a dominating sweet flavor. Which sucks because a burger just isn't the same without pickles. Bacon was undercooked and was limp with no crisp. Meat was dry and a bit mealy im guessing maybe precooked frozen and then recooked but i dont know. I cant imagine a restaurant doing that. Grey and dry. The Onion chopped?? Thousand island added without asking?? even though i ordered straight bacon cheeseburger. I did think the bun was excellent. Fries were just frozen, seasoned bullshit. I ate three. Gross. I just wanted some potato fries. My choices were house and garlic parm. Reliance on cisco frozen bullshit has ruined restaurant food. I ordered house. Bad fast food fries. Service was good. Im not sure how this got rated best burger by westword. Not even a good burger. C+ tops. Fries D. burger coke and coffee 25 bucks.

Pizza is not bad but nothing to rave about. Being open late is great, love having a place to get a late night pizza slice.

This started great, I was recently there just I wanted to get quick slice. Order from their outside window thinking it might take 15mins at most. I was there for 30mins and no pizza! When I ask the employees if my order was coming soon? This idiots had lost my order and on top of all rude..&@?! Another lady that was next to me had the same problem, but she had been waiting for 50mins..!! She left pissed off. Their pizza is good but not worth the painful hassle. Don't waist your time. And for your management and owners get it together in making sure your employees reflect a good product!!

Good ambience and great food. Wish we would have come back for breakfast. It's a totally different menu for lunch and dinner versus breakfast. The service was quick but our server looked like he did not want to be there which was odd because we were one of few tables at the time. Would recommend for a local spot with little fuss.

Very cool place, you have dine in and take out options. Their are 2 dining options with the bar in the middle. Fat Sully's and Denver Biscuit Company, dine in and both options are on the menu. Started with the garlic knots which are out of this world!! Then ordered a custom pizza slice with garlic, black olive & sausage. The pizza was a bit dry hence only a 4 star review. Service was prompt and friendly and by the way they have a craft cocktail menu.

We ordered some of everything on the menu. The wings are hands down some of the best wings I have had. The garlic knots are outstanding! The fries with parm.. wow can't say enough! That was just what we started with. Then came our pizza. Beyond amazing. Great service and such a cool atmosphere!

Been drinking late night?? Atomic Cowboy gots your back. Open later than most places. Great food. Burgers and pizzas. Nice quick service and reasonable prices. Nice Ambiance (like your drunken ass even notices...I am not talking in the third person I swear)

These garlic knots are dangerously good! The BEST I've ever had! I loved them with the pesto mozzarella dip and my husband preferred them with the marinara....thankfully they come with both! We had them on happy hour for $6....what?! We also had a slice of pepperoni pizza each. These are MASSIVE! There were only two of us and I'm so glad we didn't order a large. It's the size of a dinner table. The crust was fantastic, crunchy in spots but still chewy. And you can never go wrong with the little pepperonis. Four beers, two slices of pizza and the best garlic knots I've ever had for $30. I'm sold!

We stopped for lunch and tried a few slices of the awesome pie. Everyone in the party was happy with their slice once we figured out how to order. Options for "slice" are pretty basic and there aren't any specialty type pies by the slice. We were good with that and the "basics" were fantastic and fairly affordable. The real hit at the table were the garlic knots. These things just slapped. Perfect on all fronts and I could have demolished an entire order by myself. We also tried the garlic fries. They were out of the waffle fries and had a regular fry substitute and they were a solid "meh." Want to come back and try larger, specialty pies to check them out.

The pizza was massive and tasty. The chicken sandwich was full of flavor but a little overcooked in the fire. Overall a great meal.

Came in for the juicy smash burger and a side of Cesar salad to finish the night. With a mule to wash it down. Not enough great things to be said about this item on their menu. Their wings are absolutely delicious as well. Service was great and ambiance is always lively and full of energy.

Love, Love the pizza! It's on our "absolutely have to take guests from out of town" list. The prices are good, we usually go for the Big A** Slice so everyone can choose their toppings. Also, this means each slice you order comes out fresh and hot from the oven! The slices are huge so we usually will all order two. My favorite toppings are pepperoni and fresh basil. I have never had a negative experience here!

Great Burger and Great Pizza! Pizza is build your own. We got Canadian bacon, pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms. Thin slices. I rolled mine somewhat flat and ate that way. I did not loose a single ingredient! O saw someone else doing it so thought it was the right method. :).
