Hooked on Colfax is an uncompromising, community-focused coffee shop in the Bluebird district of Colfax. The food and drinks are great, but the atmosphere sets it apart from other spots.The staff are friendly, the environment is inclusive and accepting of all, and the vibes are immaculate.Vegetarian options: Spinach mushroom burrito is excellent
Too many good things to say. Awesome neighborhood coffee stop with solid breakfast burritos, great coffee, and super friendly staff. Quirky, fun vibes and events. One of the staff saw we had a baby with us and went out of their way to make sure we knew they were doing free Christmas photos with Krampus downstairs. Our baby loved it!
