“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

“Great place. EXCEPT they need some regular tables towards the front. The only ones they have now is back in the kiddy section. I took a handicapped lady who can't use the high drinker's tables. The kid section was full. We were forced to go down the street.“

“I’m not one to review. I always forget but holy moly this place is amazing! The food is beyond amazing. I ordered the grilled kielbasa with sauerkraut and fried potatoes on one occasion, which was off the charts! The Bavarian pretzel yes I know it’s just a Bavarian pretzel, but not this one and not the cream cheese garlic dip it comes with holy Mary mother of God. It is amazing. I will never look at beer cheese, the same again after having this,.I hate to keep using that word, but it is nothing short of amazing!! then the burgers, the burgers are just seasoned perfectly and I just can’t stress how good this food is at this establishment if you’re ever off of Broadway and Maple stop in you will not be disappointed!!“

“Neighborhood place that's been around forever. Don't let the presentation fool you, once inside the space opens up with fresh air and light. Best $5 Bloody Mary and you cannot go wrong with the breakfast menu. Solid home cooking, delicious meal.“

“Love this bar! Karaoke is great on Wednesdays and Saturdays! The food is great! Love the staff! This is a go to spot for my friends and I every weekend! It can get packed so get there early if you want a table! With the construction going on, the best parking you can get will be the parking lots behind the building on the south side or the lot on the east. Street parking was great here before the colfax construction.“

“I had thought I was here before but it turned out I was not. My homeboy invited me after a movie and it was exactly what we needed. Juggalo friendly, excellent artwork, perfect mix of people, and the staff are on point. I couldn't come up with a disagreement with this bar if I tried. Highly recommended. If I had any concern, it would be that there was only one bathroom, for everybody, who said I will let you know when I'm out. Lol. Which is honestly not that big a deal. I'll definitely be back. I wish I took photos because the bar was actually pretty dope looking.“

“The only criticism I have is quit calling your appetizer jalapeno queso and guacamole! It is not queso! It is spicy or jalapeno pimento cheese. It is very good but most people will expect it to be served hot!“

“I did not have any food, but did stop in for drinks. Our group happened to attend when a DJ was performing, and it was AWESOME! The rooftop was packed, but I was still able to get drinks from both bars (upstairs and downstairs) quickly. Props to those bar tenders. If I'm ever in the area again, I will 100% be checking this place out again. Also a bonus that it's right next door to Summit Music. There happened to be a dance party hosted that night, so the whole block was buzzing. 11/10 - definitely recommend.“

“Norma Jean was awesome, not only was she the bartender but she was the only employee working besides the cook, who also did an awesome job. Norma had a full bar of people and serviced everyone with a smile. She did an outstanding job running the whole bar! In fact because some customers saw that she working alone, got up and left. Awesome job Norma hope you get a hell of a good raise. In fact, she should be the Manager so that no other employee has to work like. This was Sunday, September 4th, 2022.“

“Everything. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and lovely. Every staff member I met was kind and gracious and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The hotel itself is ideally located and the lobby is cozy and feels classy and warm. There is a downstairs lounge area that was frequently empty where friends could gather, read, work, or play pool. The restaurant Harry’s has the most amazing food - I highly recommend the 1910 grilled cheese and tomato soup, with the black truffle fries on the side. Wow. I will never be the same. The hotel is dog friendly, which I love, and people friendly. We had coffee in the lobby in the morning, snacks in the afternoon, and cookies and milk in the evenings. My room was cleaned every day. This was the BEST experience I have had since before Covid and I will always choose this hotel when I am in Denver from now on.“

“I really enjoy my time at the Kentucky Inn. The vibe is so relaxed and welcoming. They've got great bar food and fresh Walleye on Fridays. The staff is attentive and unpretentious. It is a nice contrast to so many of the newer bars popping up in town.“
