Jeffrey is the best waiter. He remembers all our special orders. The chef who was cooking Friday night was on point- the food was better than it usually is. And its always good. The hostess remembered us and put ys in Jeffereys section in the round booth we like.

I had the mango, crab and avocado salad. It was delicious, as always. My husband had the French dip because that is his favorite French Dip sandwich anywhere. He wasn't disappointed. The waitress we had was great! She refilled our iced teas without being prompted and made sure everything was customized to our satisfaction.

Stephanie our waitress was not very nice. Held back asking for anything because of her attitude. She would ignore us and rush off. Things weren't set on our table very nicely either...more like slapped down. I got the feeling she didn't want to be there. I left a 27% tip should've left a lot less because she didn't deserve it!

A great place for a snack after shopping. I usually order a cup of the tomato basil bisque, and a glass of rosé. Service at this location is usually very good.

I have many allergies and requested some things be removed from my soup. Alyssa (sp?) was great and didn't make me feel embarrassed or she wasn't annoyed (like most servers/chefs are!) I appreciated that and left her a great tip. Thank you because as I was already eating alone, I didn't want to feel like an annoying customer too lol!

Visited Cherry Creek Location today Salvador was our server he was awful.. and rude he spoke down to us and made us feel unwelcome after he made mistakes... and told us that we needed to remember what we order.. we didn't make a mistake he did, Then blamed us then had tantrum like a child essentially power-walked away. This is Nordstrom's customer service?? Avoid...... not worth giving them $$$ after his crap service...

Great to discover this hidden gem inside Nordstrom's in the Cherry Creek Mall.It reminds me of a hotel restaurant in the sense that they're guaranteed decent traffic and they don't have to try too hard. Like, "We're in a department store -- where else are you gonna go?"The food is excellent, but the presentation was a bit careless. The staff is friendly, but very casual in an otherwise classy place.Biggest drawback: they refuse to validate parking, which tacks a few dollars on to the bill.Overall, a great find. Will come back.

This restaurant is a little known gem. We can always get a great meal in a quiet, convenient location. They have a really nice wine list too. Staff is friendly and service is excellent.

I was a solo female shopper and stopped in for some food. I ordered a glass of wine she checked my ID and never received the wine. When I asked the server to make sure it wasn't on my tab she looked at me like an idiot and said there wasn't. She stopped at my table once than the manager came over to take my order and never saw either again until my bill came. Felt neglected by 2 staff members... I work in hospitality and this is not how I treat my guests. Only positive, food was good.

This place is amazing!! And it's inside the mall, 2nd floor way in the back with views of Cherry Creek. Food was awesome! Service great ambiance great not sure why I didn't know about it before. Said it was open since the mall was open! They certainly don't do much advertising! Also it was hard to find at first. Overall I definitely want to go back again!

Over priced and we had to ask for very basic things like a fork and my husband never got any utensils thus never got a napkin. The person collecting plates and such was straight up rude. We didnt even talk or ask her anything but she huffed and puffed around the room and it really put us off

I’ve been coming to Bazille for several years. It’s a good spot for my mom and I to meet for lunch as they are quick and delicious. I’ve quite genuinely not once had a problem. The only hiccups I’ve had are when many people order to go and once my order was forgotten. The other hiccup I ordered a medium well steak that was entered into the system incorrectly by mistake. One of the lovely managers, Bailey, fixed both of those situations. Waitresses Gloria and Stephanie as well have served me and my mom for a long time and have become part of our Nordstrom experience. So much love for this little cafe.

Staff was super rude the whole time. Food was great. Ordered the "Makers chocolate" off the menu and the server looked at us and told us they don't have free chocolate. I'm not sure what gave him the impression that we weren't going to pay, but definitely a weird interaction.

We were seated right away in a booth by the windows. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. I had the nicoise salad with salmon. It was delicious. The price/value was good. Definitely recommend this place.

My favorite eatery when at Cherry Creek Mall. There’s delicious options to choose from. I usually get the French Onion Soup (small bowl) and at this visit, I paired with the Heirloom Tomatoes \u0026 Burrata. The Bistro it’s classy, modern and yet casual and friendly. The wait staff is fantastic. Trish was professional, efficient and friendly.
