Two words - Pastrami Ribs! Omg are these heaven on earth, I had no idea such a thing existed until I came into brass tacks the other day! Definitely has a hipster, old school whiskey bar vibe and I wasn't mad about it. I kind of dug the ordering system which is all done on the phone, kind of cool and efficient! I just hope that even though there is less interaction with waitstaff people are still tipping a minimum of 20%!! Take care of your servers people! The drinks are fancy and creative and the menu is vast! The bartenders are really impressive memorizing that whole menu to be able to make it on the fly! We had just stopped in after the Rockies game before Ubering home so just got a few apps , fries and ribs! The fries were thin and crispy; just how I like them. But omg these ribs! Heavenly. I could have gotten 10 orders! You honestly have to try these! Amazing. I will definitely be back with more of an appetite to try more of the things!!

This spot is has SUCH a fun vibe! And the food and drinks are unique & absolutely delicious!! Honestly a refreshing establishment in a downtown that's full of loud, trendy bars & clubs. This place is casual, but elevated at the same time - hard to pull off. We've come in here on several occasions; sometimes for just a cocktail, sometimes for late-night food & a drink, and we even stopped in for a spaghetti western themed night they were having! All times have been a wonderful experience that I would absolutely recommend to everyone. Some highlights: - Seems like they've changed up their food menu a bit, but the late night "garbage fries" are AMAZING and literally what they sound like. Leftover ingredients from making burgers & other entrees, added to the top of fries. What could be bad?! - They have a peanut butter & coke cocktail that is SO delicious. Peanut buttery, sweet from the coke, and also a little salty - PERFECT combo - Their whiskey selection is great & prices aren't bad. Check it out!

Absolutely love this place. We were here for a volleyball weekend and the restaurants were really crowded. This was medium crowded but we liked the best was the staff was awesome and they were all vaccinated so nobody was wearing masks so it was nice to see our freedom back. Cheesesteak was awesome the craft cocktails were very good the macaroni and cheese was excellent. Nice open 2 floors restaurant.
