As someone with a tree nut allergy, the old menu was a lot easier to order from. I typically like whiskey or mezcal drinks. There is one rye cocktail and it has orgeat. 4 mezcal drinks and 3 of them have orgeat or fallernum. This isn’t the reason for 4 stars. Just hope whoever crafts the cocktails for the menu can offer subs or additional options for whiskey and mezcal that don’t contain tree nuts.The 4 stars was because they tried to take my hat or shoe as “collateral”...read full review
There isn’t a ten-star option here, be more cool, Google. This is one of my top-five favorite Denver spots. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and make everyone feel like they’re at home. Thank you for showing me the Spagett, Max. Also, didn’t catch his name, but San Antonio makes some of the most amazing cocktails there are. Don’t be lame, go here.

Have to go if you’re in Denver. So much fun. Laidback vibe and the bartenders are excellent!!. They are allowed to experiment with cocktails and compete to have the best ones while the owner comes up with new names and illustrations. The drinks we had were the most balanced and creative we had in the city. Their system is working. Support independent business!!!!
