I placed an order for pickup at Bubu this morning. After we picked up, they called to tell us they did not give us the complete order but could deliver it. After giving them my address, I waited for the delivery. 2.5 hours later and no delivery I called them. They answered, asked to me on hold once I mentioned who I was and then instead hung up on me. Upon calling again multiple times, no one answered. All I was looking for was a refund for the lunch I never received, but overall the entire experience has been underwhelming. Things happen, but I expect the team to at least be professional about it.

This place is brilliant! They have several bowls on the menu representing different ethnic inspired bowls (Mexican, Californian, Asian, etc.) and the option to make your own with a choice of a base (brown or white rice, noodles, salad, etc.), protein (meat, raw fish, shrimp, chicken, tofu) and finally a wide assortment of toppings and dressings. All items are fresh, translating to a healthy and delicious meal. I can’t wait to return!

It might be easy to miss this place, as it's down the stairs at Larimer Square. If you're looking for a delicious healthy vegetarian/vegan bowl for lunch, this is the place! Great service and very fair prices make this place perfect. Enjoy!

It's convenient. I went here a few year ago between classes. It was ok. Not particularly tasty or flavorful. I didn't think the meat tasted quite right. It is really convenient and healthy. Went again this week, same thing. Good service overall

I love the concept of making your own bowl, but Bubu just missed the mark. Both our bowls were colorful but tasteless. It is so unfortunate!

The best part of Bubu Larimer is the staff, they are extremely friendly, you can tell they really care about the service and, of course, their regulars! Plus, they keep the restaurant very tidy.The food is also delicious and a great way to break away from all the fast food that usually found in the area.All in all, these guys are the best (better than the other Bubu’s where I haven’t had great experiences)

Excellent experience! These guys made my day and then some! I saw this place and stopped by during an extended layover when I was walking through Larimer Square. My expectations were exceeded 10x over! Out of all the meal bowls I've had in my travels through the entire West Coast, these by far, are the best. All ingredients used were exceptionally fresh, the protein and dietary options were diverse and accommodating, and they leave you satisfied. Conversation was genuine and personal; I can tell they are truly invested in the local community and it's people. As soon as I'm in Denver again, Bubu will, without a doubt, be one of the very first places I stop by.Dietary restrictions: Homemade gluten-free cookies!

This was a quick search and ended up being so delicious. The bowls are large and can be customized to your liking with a base that includes rice, greens or a combination.We got the Mexican-based bowl and the Aloha poke bowl, which were both very tasty with fresh ingredients. The sauces/dressings were the star of the meal, IMO. They tied everything so nicely together and we finished feeling healthy and well-fed.

people were waiting 20-30 minutes past the ETA time for online orders. folks ordering in person came and went. i had to abandon my order and just find somewhere faster.
My go to lunch spot. Quick service and fresh ingredients. Only suggestion would be to offer grilled chicken breast (white meat) as a protein option.

Super disappointed in Bubu Ordered from Uber Eats. Spent $40.00 for 1 spring roll, cost $9.00 which came in a cup. Loose wrap, old lettuce. Also ordered a bowl with steak. Steak was not fresh and I couldn't finish the bowl. I tried calling and no answer. No doubt you can improve here.

Highly recommend their cookies & ginger lemonade (seriously you'll regret not getting the cookie).Larimer doesn't have many take-away options which are quick except for Bubu. The versatility of the bowls/make your own allow for anyone with any dietary lifestyle to find something they enjoy. It's nutritiously dense bowls which don't weigh you down or feel heavy.Staff are seriously so nice & helpful - I love to grab Bubu's when I've forgotten lunch or need a hearty healthy meal.

Damn, this place is really yummy. I went there a couple weeks ago and I got the OG Colorado bowl. It was outstanding. Most impressive was the steak and that it was cooked to a nice medium. Lots of pink, but not raw. Steak was tender and juicy. Man... so good!
