Good cocktails but the vegetarian plate I got was not really worth it. The kimchi fried rice wasn't particularly good but the beets were pretty solid. The goat cheese tart was delicious and I would recommend.
The food was incredible and our server Jeremiah was amazing and very knowledgeable. Our absolute favorites were the pork belly, artichoke tortelloni, and short rib. I do not usually like pork at all and even I was loving it. Everything was delicious and Jeremiah made great recommendations! Service was amazing all around. I cannot recommend Rioja enough! We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I went to Rioja last night for our anniversary. We made note on our res that we were there to celebrate and the servers were the best!
