Can't say enough about this place. The wife and I checked out the downtown location an Valentine's Day. We loved it so much we tried the central park location for her birthday. The manager was the best. She was so helpful in getting us a party if seven in during Denver restaurant week. The server was exceptional as was the food.

"The brussels sprouts were amazing"...said no one ever. Until we came to ChoLon for restaurant week. Both soup dumplings, egg rolls, Malaysian noodles with waygu beef...all very good. But the star for us were the brussels sprouts. Never tasted anything like them before! They were simply riveting. We plan to return and order a plate or two of just this!Parking: This is in the parking lot of King Soopers. On one hand, parking is available. But if you are coming at dinner time, you're competing with everyone stopping at the store on their way home.

Horrible experience and we never even made it inside. Location was supposed to open at 330pm according to Google. We got there a few mins after 330 and what seems to be the manager came out and just stated "we aren't opening until 4 and it's only restaurant week menu" and closed the door quickly and didn't offer an apology or explanation. I've been to this location before and never had issues but this was enough to never go back.

The food was fantastic! The four starters - wow! Very creative and tasty. We wanted to try more than 1 entree, so we did! Had the noodles with shrimp and pork vindaloo. Both delightful and filling, and then we had the donuts for dessert. Nice end to the meal. If you can't make it to the Central Park location, definitely try it in downtown Denver, and soon enough at the airport in Terminal C. This was our 3rd Restaurant Week meal, and by far, the best!

Great food and good service. My only negative was that they seemed overwhelmed for Denver Restaurant Week. Probably just a little understaffed but they still ended up seating us and feeding us some very good food. We would definitely go back.

Cholon was fabulous and I'm so sad they are closing at this location. We ordered the shumai, French onion soup dumplings, Brussels, noodles with beef and doughnuts. The cocktails were amazing and wine list interesting.

I wish restaurant week was a bit of a better deal- especially considering the $30 unlimited soup dumplings Tuesday- but It was a delicious, wonderful dinner where we got to try very much the best of! Service was interesting- lots of people servicing all tables- and everything came timely. Delicious way to try ChoLon!

Everything was delicious. Went for restaurant week so I suppose not as pricey as it could have been, but very happy with everything we got. Loved the toast, French onion soup dumplings, the Malaysian noodles (added Waygu beef) which was a little spicy but we had a side of roti and it was perfect, and the Vietnamese coffee ice cream with donuts. The donuts didn't taste like coffee at all for those who do not enjoy coffee The everything everywhere all at once and the Vietnamese iced coffee martini were both very good. Not too alcohol forward Server was good, made good suggestions.

What can you say about a restaurant that has figured out the "perfect combination" of great appeal to the senses; food, servers and ambiance. By far my favorite place in all of Denver.

Despite prior reviews, they no longer serve sushi. That was a primary driver for our reservation. Food was good, though overpriced for the portion size provided. Service was Ok- had they not left a small bottle of water to use for our glasses, we would have went dry. Waitress never refilled our ordered and paid for beverages despite several check-ins.

We have been wanting to try ChoLon for a long while. Finally a great occasion to remember to book: Valentine's Day! So glad, too. Why? Delicious food. Decent variety of dishes from which to choose. Fantastic service. Swanky venue. Beverages We tried two of the several cocktails on their Valentine's menu: Man'hattentini and the Berries Blast. Each was well made packed with flavor and happy juice. Appetizers We tried the succulent pork belly bun. We would return just for this alone. We tried the delicious General Tao's xiao long bao. It is a clever and fun marriage of a soupy morsel and popular General Taos flavors. Entree We tried the expertly seared filet mignon and long beans. The steak was sliced just right. It was juicy, tender, and had the perfect temperature. Dessert Finally, we had the sampler dessert of hoisin chocolate cake, house made whipped cream, and the marvelously tantalizing Thai tea sorbet. It was so good I've decided I must try and replicate it. We can't wait to come back. Quite a number of things to try with each visit.

I have been wanting to go here and get the dumplings for quite a long time. Welp, they can't all be winners. We went to all you can eat dumplings on Tuesday night and the first disappointment was that they only had two kinds of dumplings. The Chinese chicken one was good, but nothing special. They are known for the French Onion Soup dumpling, and it did taste just like french onion soup. To me, that didn't work for a dumpling. It felt too rich and hefty to enjoy more than one or two. All in all, it was fine. You can definitely skip though if you are on the fence.

An absolutely amazing dining experience! The soup dumplings were the best I've ever had. Our server was so attentive and nice. Cocktails were also great. Will definitely be back!

Was really looking forward to this place, but it ended up being just average. The food was good, but not spectacular. The value was ok for all you can eat, but would have liked more variety. Neither dumpling flavor was amazing.
