I ordered the BLT on gluten free bread. Fast service - I ordered from the Togo window. I was glad for the quick service as my flight was going to leave in 35 minutes. It came in about 5 minutesDietary restrictions: They do have gluten free bread for an additional cost.
The food for me was the Avery white rascal. It was fulfilling while waiting for my plane to board in 15 mins and tossed back two for the flight. Great Belgian-style white ale, unfiltered and spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. Didn't try the food, but it looked delicious with everyone else ordering a bite. Dang it, my flight is boarding now and I didn't start on my second drink. Cheer?

The food is good, but not fantastic. The customer service and vibe of the employees was an easy five stars. Jessica was my bartender and she was fantastic. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well.The owner even was talking to some of the customers. I feel really good supporting this business. I'll be stopping by next time I'm in Denver.One food complaint, no hummus. It feels strange to serve Mediterranean food without it.
