Found our new go-to for brisket, ribs, chicken etc. Super friendly joint right off Colfax where the service with a smile has that southern genuine feel. Tasty brunch items from the 11am opening and a full BBQ menu that has something for everyone. Generous servings of deliciousness as well as meats by the lb. Quick service if youre eating in or takeaway. Looking forward to getting back. Dont show up too late though, once the daily allotment is gone they shut down the the next morning.

Incredible bbq! So flavorful and tender! I love that the meat doesn't have have big chunks of fat on it. The mac and cheese, along with the coleslaw are awesome sides. They sides are really tiny portions unfortunately but so tasty. Can't wait to go back! The two employees I interacted with were really nice, knowledgeable and helpful!

As always this place was great ! I tried the grilled cheese with brisket today and was not disappointed. It is now my official favorite sandwich here with a side of their delicious Mac and cheese. Staff was friendly and attentive as always. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work from all of us at Hotchkiss!
