“It's really sad, the news we got. Sunday 10/22/23 is the last day thus place will be open. This was a great place fir sour beers and small charcuterie plates. This lil cool quaint Cafe type set up was my spot for sour beers. It was also pretty cool to have their charcuterie plates too as they freshly cut the meat & cheeses at the deli counter. There was always so many flavorful sours to try. Well to the staff behind the bar & deli thanks for all the good times! Y'all will be missed!!!“
“Love the vibes of this place. The trash drinks are fun and CHEAP! I ordered the Lil Smidge and it was pretty good (and strong). It was quite busy on a Friday night, and my one complaint is that the bar table itself is pretty small. There were some times where it was hard to reach the bartender through the crowd.“
“This is one of the top 5 restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Consistently the best food and service. The grilled Caesar, honey sting chicken, and lobster Mac gluten free were all incredible. We didn’t get our bartenders name but she was incredible! Every one who works at The Hornet is so on point!“
“Great place for a great cause! Wonderful and cozy place to relax during church night and after a hard day at work or to finish studying/work. Great food and drinks of all kinds! Nice toddler play area and Frontier Park is right next to it right along the Platte River.“
“I cannot tell you how much I love this place. As transplants to Denver, my wife and I were first just looking for somewhere to watch Liverpool matches.Well, this is the place. But it’s so much more than an LFC pub, it’s a community. It’s the greatest atmosphere and a friendly, very capable staff. The food is delicious, the drinks fresh, and we have met some wonderful friends here.YNWA“
“Some of the greatest beers I've had have come from Cerebral Brewing. From stouts, to sours to IPAs, they always deliver fantastic quality brews and offer amazing special selection bombers to take home. Twice visited from San Antonio while in Denver. I don't think I'll ever pass up the chance to stop in while visiting. Cheers Cerebral ? ?“
“Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and inventive cocktails. Recently hosted an event there and was so impressed with Marshall and how helpful he and Kayla were through the whole process. Lovely place to grab a drink with friends! 10/10 Santé!“
“I've been here twice now. Lovely casual atmosphere, really good food, nice staff. Reasonably priced considering the quality they serve, both food and drinks. There's just no reason for me to rate Finley's anything but 5 stars. Keep it up!“
“The burgers here are my second favorite in the state! I love the monthly special burgers to mix up the selection, but the Horseradish Burger will always be my favorite. The fish and chips, French Dip, and ribeye are amazing as well! The beer is great, but definitely niche.“
“If you're fussy about your Guinness or want to find that elusive Smithwick's, this is the spot for you. They keep the lines clean so your sip is pristine. Looks pretty authentic. Kinda dead the night we stopped by, but the bartender was friendly and visited and avowed as to the shame of Jamesons now coming in peach flavor. Wish they had food.“
“Great atmosphere, great staff. One of the best spots to hang out, have a beer and watch sports. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bartender with the glasses and the red beard was friendly and was very on point with his beer knowledge.“
“A+ from me. Literally every time we come here the customer service and the vibe is incredible. By far the best place to grab a beer, grab a drink with their infused liquors, or chill and chat with the locals… this is the place. Love this place and kudos to both of the bartenders we have had! Drinks and prices are great!“
“It was very good we ordered wings and garlic fries, and the service was good and attentative. The establishment was a little dated, but I was able to overlook it because of the food and service. If you are looking for good food and drink, this is a pretty good ace to go.Kid-friendliness: It is a dive bar you have made a decision.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this place is accessible for all disabilities.“
“Went here the day after St. Patrick's Day, and they were still busy, but the service was excellent. I had the California club which was out of bounds. Our server was Melinda and she was fantastic. We had seven people in our party all separate checks. Every order was perfect.“
“It has an amazing atmosphere with a lot is soccer / football things! It has amazing British food with some original recipes! The Scottish egg is amazing if you like boiled eggs , sausage and fried food! Service is fast . I 1000 % recommend!!“
“This is a good place to take guests and family members from out of town. Friendly hospitable service, reasonable prices and a great selection of food and drinks. Craft beer is a big favorite. Lots of TV's on the wall to watch the game while having drinks. Good looking bar staff. Friendly to a wide range of people of all ages and their pets. Patio for enjoying good weather. Across the street from the bike shop. Neighborhood favorite. Not overpriced. They are knowledgeable about Denver sights and activities. You always leave in a good mood. There aren't many places like this left in Denver.“
“Great local tavern! The man running the bar was attentive and kind, really great service. I had the jalapeño gold wings which were a 5/5 for me. Good size wings, great sauce. The Rodeo burger was big burger but a good value! Would definitely come back for some wings and to have a drink.Kid-friendliness: They had a high chair and were very accommodating to my baby “
“Went in tonight to get someto go food and a few drinks. The bar was packed. Bartenders crushed it with friendly fast service. Food came out quickly. We got a burger and the fried chicken sandwich both were amazing. The burger was by far one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Cooked perfectly and the fries were amazing. Hands down delicious. WillBe back“
“After a long day that goes into the evening, sometimes it's hard to find a place to both get some quality food and a drink. If you feel that way too, 'My Brother's Bar' is the place to go. I decided to go only for a burger, and I ended up having one of the most amazing cheeseburgers. The bartenders, servers, cooks, owner and environment were top notch. I ended up getting myself a drink and another sandwich, this time the "Ham and Swiss" and again, I was blown away with the taste and quality. Everything was five stars and I've put it in one of the top late night food spots in Denver. I'm definitely coming back again soon.Thank you 'My Brother's Bar!'-DG“
“One of my favorite spots in Lowry. Bring your friends, bring your dog, or bring both! The drinks deliver and having a full bar and rotting taps is a huge bonus. Food some of our favorite and we'll priced. Bonus for ice cream during the warm months.“
“I had my birthday party here last week and it was amazing. The staff is great and extremely accommodating. Chris A. is a great host and very informative. I can’t express my gratitude for this experience. Oh and their drinks are fantastic as well as pretty!“
“We discovered The Hound a couple years ago and have been coming back every Friday since. We love the food and drinks. Raychel the bartender is fabulous and so attentive. And AB makes such wonderful food. Thanks so much to both of you. We look forward to Fridayeven more because of you! Kimberly and Michael“
“I saw a review on crypto investment that changed my story for good. I never believed it at first but after much convincing by my account manager in the person of Mrs Craig Vanessa I decided to give it a trial with just $5,000 even though there was a lower cost of investment. Starting with this, I made a profit of $35,500 in the first week. I am sharing this here for those that may have an interest. Mrs. Craig Vanessa is genuine and her style of trade is unique. Completely top-notch and different from the rest. Contact her today and you will not regret it. Send her a DM on WhatsApp via the number on her Facebook: Mrs Craig Vanessa“
“I love this little gem of a place. The regulars are kind and the lady behind the bar has always got a smile. The vibe reminds me very much of a small town bar in Alaska I used to visit. They have some of the best prices around for grub and they have karaoke on Friday nights. If you're looking for a place to sing and dance its the place for sure. I think texas hold em on Saturday as well. Check it out you wont regret it.“
“Came on St. Patrick’s day for the first time, and was not disappointed. Yes it was crowded when we got there around 1pm, but that was when the CES Pipe Band was there and playing (they NAILED it by the way) so people were crowded trying to enjoy the show. After they stopped playing it thinned out a bit more. The service was good and reliable–especially considering it was a very busy day. The Irish egg rolls were super tasty and the food came out pretty quick! The rooftop deck is really nice, and the vibe overall was very positive and chill. If you’re searching for a classic pub, you’re definitely in the right place!“
“This bar is an awesome place to enjoy your time and get some stress off of your shoulders. The owner is super nice and the bartenders are like family.Wheelchair accessibility: The restrooms are not wheelchair accessible. The doors are narrow.“
“One of the best classic dives in Rino. Atmosphere is always super fun and there is a great patio for warmer weather days. There is always fun unique music playing and plenty of cool art, including a gallery in the back. Delicious and unique selection of vintage spirits as well.“
“This is one of the friendliest bars I've been to in years. The staff and regulars are kind, the noise level is low, and the shows on TV are perfect for everyone (we had pretty women, football, and the water boy). The vibe is older and rustic, with cool taxidermied animals and tall wooden branches. The food is fine, but the drinks are what really shine. Definitely get anything on their summer refreshing menu.My partner and I talked for hours and felt right at home. Thank you so much for such a great evening!!!“
“I went on a Saturday morning to watch premier’s league! I had a Bloody Mary and corned beef and hash for breakfast. Both 10/10. Our waitress was very nice and kid-friendly and went to look for a booster for my 1 year old niece.Kid-friendliness: For breakfasts and watching sports.“
“I come in here to Enjoy Angela. She's became a friend of mine since shes started working here. She livened the place up. She's friendly and kind. Before I always felt this bar was a place to go grab a beer and leave. It was always dark easier to have a beer at home. So I'm glad the owner finally found a true gem to work there. Go meet Angela you'll be like wow this place has changed.“
“I have lived in Denver over a decade never been here before last night that was my mistake...decent bar food local wine and beer ..loved the touch tunes jam box...I will go back need to take photos the outside doesn't match the inside .. really good vibes here can't wait to go “
“Such a fun location in Union Station! We had seats outside of tge bar in the picnic like table area. What a fun vibe with the hustle & bustle of people & trains. Just 1 drink but the mixed drinks especially the bees knees was quite a hit!“
“I'm very surprised to see this low rating (of 2.5 as of today on Nov 6, 2023.) As I was riding the Light Rail to run some errands downtown I, all of a sudden, needed to make a very important business call in a quiet place so when I spotted this cafe from the train car, I rushed here once the train made a stop at California and 16th. This is a market/deli/cafe/bar in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Once you enter the hotel lobby through the main door, you make a right to get to this market+bar area. Very spacious, open feeling, there are more than several couches and high-top tables to get your laptop open. The bar was closed (opens at 2pm) but you can sit there if you'd like. That's exactly what I did. As I walked by the market area, I saw some delicious looking pies/tarts/cakes. There were also premade foods that can take it for to go. Bottled drinks are also available. The coffee menu has quite the selection. There were two types of scones and the Lavender ones caught my attention so when I walked up to the ordering counter, I asked for one of them and a small iced coffee. The kind lady at the counter told me they only had medium sized cups (16oz to be exact) or larger so I said 16oz would be just fine. Then a surprise came. The lady said, "Our system is down right now so we cannot ring up anything so everything is free to you!" I was like, "What?? Are you sure?" I would have at least left a small tip as a thank you but since I'm a person who rarely carries cash, I couldn't do so. I felt bad...The lady said to not worry about it. I saved the scone for later but had the iced coffee while I sat at the bar trying to make that business call. They get coffee beans from Starbucks (as the plastic cup has/had the logo on it.) It actually tasted really good. Later in the day, I finally had the scone at home. And it was amazingly good. There is/was a hint of lavender in it (so it's not overwhelmingly lavender-ey.) There is a sprinkle of sugar on top of it but the sweetness from it is not overpowering either. And it's a good size, too. I'm very particular about scones and their scones passed the test!! Now I know a good place to go to get me a delicious scone if I'm downtown again.“
“Great place to hang and watch a game or hang with friends. Good patio and place to chill. Will say beer isn’t the cheapest here for this style of bar but the food makes up for it. All and all a great neighborhood bar.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Often 21+“
“A nice joint on the edge of downtown that was a nice little escape from the stuffier spots that are closer to downtown. The service was great and it seemed as though the establishment itself was living through the stories we heard and the decor we saw while we were hanging out. I'd love to be there in St. Paddy's day for sure. It was only a short scooter ride away from our hotel in downtown and worth the journey.“
“Like you mama always told you! Don’t judge a book by its cover…. Pool tables are in great condition, staff was on point! This is a legit pool hall!Would have been a 5 star but the clicker pour system they still use and selling a 99 cent Arizona ice tea for FOUR bucks is allllll nuts…… even the Mormons in Utah don’t use the counter pour system anymore!Making this kind of money on shots and ice tea, the bathrooms should have been SPOTLESS and smelling good…“
“Great place for some after work drinks. Nice patio that gets great shade in the afternoon on one side of the building. Very friendly staff and patrons. Our bartender actually went back to the kitchen to bum a lighter for me and let me hold onto it for the few hours that we were there! I will definitely be returning soon!“
“Surprisingly good drinks. I find Denver Central Market to usually be an overcrowded tourist trap but if you can grab a spot at the bar, it’s great. the bartenders I’ve experienced have been friendly and very knowledgeable about cocktails and booze in general. Good place to go if you put your name on a waitlist at one of the nearby restaurants and need to kill some time“
“Decent food at a good price - the burrito was huge and spicy, sandwich and wrap looked good. Relaxed corner bar type environment with lots of tvs and a separate room with pool tables and foosball table. Kind of a get your own drink at the bar place, which was fine. Multiple local brewery choices on tap.“
“Love this place! Always great service and food. Brunch is awesome with HUGE breakfast burritos and a Bloody Mary bar. Very kid friendly. The fresh flowers is a nice touch too.Thank for the great service today, Clare!Parking: Parking can be a bit tough, but well worth it!“
