They are allowed to experiment with cocktails and compete to have the best ones while the owner comes up with new names and illustrations. “Took a long time to finally come here, and it was worth the wait. The staff was awesome, the drinks were amazing, we were there super late on a Tuesday, so we didn't get to try any food so I can't review that. But the classic tiki drinks are in Happy Hour all day Tuesdays which was a pleasant surprise! We tried 3 different drinks, and I highly recommend the Long Days Coming, it was our favorite for sure. We will definitely be back again!Parking: If you are willing to walk you may find free street parking. Otherwise you will have to look for a meter.“
“I only can give it a 4, since it was my first visit and I don't have a large sample size, but we did have fun. First off, Max was amazing as the bartender, and even though people were lined up all around me, I felt like I was his only customer. Best compliment I can give. The place was small, but they make the most of it. Loved the vibe. We were late for our reservation, but we had a Saltburn party, so we all had antlers and wings on, so I get why we didn't immediately get a table. Anyway, great neighborhood, great time, and I look forward to visiting again to elevate this to a 5 star. Thanks, Max. As an ex-bartender, that bubbly drink with smoke was cool as hell. “Visiting Denver from London for a few days, and stopped by this bar as it's close to my friends' place. Very impressed! The decor and atmosphere are great, but most importantly, the bartending staff and GM are world class. Several of them have worked in some of best bars on the planet, including in NYC and LA, and it shows. Their drinks are inventive, delicious, and fun, but they're still down to make a classic cocktail - and make it well. This is my new spot for when I'm in town, I'll be back!“
