It turns out I been living in Colorado for about 5 years now and I had never tried this hidden gem. Jaimes was recommended to me by supervisor and a couple other people. They mentioned that green chile was served here and well I do come from New Mexico so I decided time to try it out.Their Customer service was excellent Claudia was very attentive and friendly. Tried their albondigas soup and it was soooo good. Very hearty, comforting and perfect for cold weather. Shared some birria tacos with the group of 3, and that was also very tasty. We also shared their Al pastor tacos, it had so much flavor and the bites of pineapple added a nice softness to the taco. Excellent food and service! Highly recommend and will be back to try more.
