Got this order through doordash, food was fine but the person delivering gave me a weird experience. He called, I came to the building door immediately as he was calling all within 1 minute. I reach for my food, say "order for Kyle?" and bro pulls away, asks me for my name again, hesitates and then my unit number. I consistently order from this location and today was the final straw. I’m almost suspect they are giving me day old bread at this point. Today’s bread was so hard on the bottom it was nearly inedible. More than 75% chance of hard bread with a delivery order I must say (study based on 15+ orders). I love Jimmy John’s and am luckily moving soon. I will continue to feed my hard earned money to this corporate chain in hopes for softer bread at the next location.

Soggy sandwich. The mayo was watery and made the bread a wet soggy mess—sandwich was only ham, cheese, lettuce and mayo. I couldn’t even finish it was so bad. Would not go back for their wet bread.
