Kaffe Landskap Lodo

I enjoyed the quick service and aesthetics of this little coffee shop that was conveniently walking distance from the hotel that I was staying at. The maple brown sugar latte here is delish both hot and iced. However, I believe this is a seasonal drink they offer. I also tried the pumpkin bread (much better than Starbucks) and the açaí bowl which was super refreshing. This review is solely on my short time here, and just the coffee and vibes. I didn't get any pastries or sandwiches, where it seems like the most contention comes from in the previous reviews. I needed to find a place to chill, as I had gotten tired of the Four Seasons. While my partner was getting pampered, I was getting pampered here. This is a very aesthetically pleasing coffee shop located in the bottom of the the University of Colorado's business school. As the name suggests, it's incredibly Scandinavian in its decor, and very clean. It is quite small, so I'm not sure this would be a great spot to hang out for too long, but it served our purpose of morning coffee during our trip very well!
