Wayyy too long of a wait. Wrong food. Cold food. And they have you wait in the 2nd window and dont wait to see if it's OK. For 28 bucks I want my food made right and fresh and this issue bullcrap. Wanted refund but didn't want to wait again so called the customer service and she was super nice I just hope I get my money back!!!!!

The manager was working the drive thru and was only only taking orders from the lane closest to the building I was in the other lane and there was the car who was ordering and another behind them there was 1car ahead of me. The manager took 3 cars from the close lane after I had been waiting I had to backup and join the other lane when I got to the window to pay and complain she acted like it was no big deal I asked for a receipt and corporate number I got neither just attitude I did not even get my dipping sauce for my nuggets. COME ON IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE IT IS FAST FOOD GET A FLIPPING BRAIN IDIOTS.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s ever, and it is consistently this bad. The worst service of any McDonald’s and by far the dirtiest. You have to ask for everything and you will be ignored when you go up to the counter. Orders are regularly messed up. It is usually consistently dirty. The last time there were more dirty tables than clean and very few people there. The staff does not seem to care about anything. No idea how the owner has not lost this location as they really seem to be phoning it in.

The food took over 15 minutes to fill a 9 item mobile order with no one in the drive thru infront of me. Food was missing items. I contacted them and the person who answered "Jose" was rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I told him they didn't fill my order correctly. So I called back and they same person answered and I asked to speak to the manager "Jose" claimed he was the manager and continued being rude, unprofessional and all around incompetent. The restaurant looked dirty from the view through the drive thru window. I will never return to this McDonald's again.

I never expect a great visit to McDonald's anymore. Food sat at the front and got cold before I came to get it from them. They were supposed to deliver it to me where my child was playing in the back. Never delivered my drink, just blah. I'm thinking this place isn't worth it anymore.

Today I had the worst experience ever at the McDonalds on Leetsdale Drive in Glendale, Co. I first drove into the drive-through which had two lanes. After sitting there for several minutes in a line of other cars, I realized that no one inside McDonalds was taking orders from the lane we were in but they never explained that to the cars in front of me or to me when I finally got to the order space. No signs were posted indicating that this line was down. We all sat there for nothing. I then went inside where there is no longer any customer service staff to take your order. After ordering on the kiosk which was not user friendly, I waited several minutes for anyone to come up front. Ahead of me was an Uber Eats driver who was arguing with an employee about not giving her the order that had been called in by Uber. They told her that her order had been stolen 3 times so they were not going to give her another order leaving her and her customer holding the bag for the order. After I finally got my order, I drove home only to find they shorted me a hamburger. I am very pissed and will NEVER use this McDonalds again. What a terrible experience this was!!! Definitely check your bag to make sure all the food is there. The past three times I’ve been to this place they have shorted my food and have also proven to be illiterate upon viewing me receipt. The staff has argued with me and demanded more money In order to have the rest of my food. I’m pretty well off so I just roll my eyes and pay the extra 1.29$ or so. Very rude employees….who lack reading skills
