The manager was working the drive thru and was only only taking orders from the lane closest to the building I was in the other lane and there was the car who was ordering and another behind them there was 1car ahead of me. This is one of the worst McDonald’s ever, and it is consistently this bad. The worst service of any McDonald’s and by far the dirtiest. You have to ask for everything and you will be ignored when you go up to the counter. Orders are regularly messed up. It is usually consistently dirty. The last time there were more dirty tables than clean and very few people there. The staff does not seem to care about anything. Wayyy too long of a wait. Wrong food. Cold food. And they have you wait in the 2nd window and dont wait to see if it's OK. For 28 bucks I want my food made right and fresh and this issue bullcrap. Wanted refund but didn't want to wait again so called the customer service and she was super nice I just hope I get my money back!!!!!
