OTOTO offers a lovely atmosphere with high-quality, fresh food. The Ototo roll and crispy spicy tuna roll are favorites, along with the yellow tail nigiri. The rotating dishes are phenomenal, especially when recommended by the wait staff. Happy hour is a bonus, although the prices can be a bit high. Overall, a great place for small plates in a nice neighborhood setting.
