Pretty average. Sunday night, 6:00pm, birthday celebration with 8 adults and 4 children. The bar was virtually empty and the restaurant was about half full. Service was slow, but friendly, so really not an issue. Our meals consisted of Orange chicken ( family style), Singapore Noodles, lettuce wraps, Asian salad, crab wontons, and egg drop soup, Sorry, but there wasn't anything worth commenting about, no impact dishes, no entree that made you feel that you would want to come back for more. Not that the food was bad, but it was just okay.

If you are scheduled for a colonoscopy this is the place to go! Eat and go, go,go. It will clear you out faster than the standard regimen to prep you for the procedure. We were sick for 24 hrs.

We ordered lettuce wraps, peppers chicken and sesame chicken along with drinks. The food was good and served in a timely fashion even as the restaurant was quite busy. The food could have been hotter. The outside of the restaurant really needs a thorough clean-up and refurbishing.

Unfortunately the demise of PF Chang's continues, we had a tasteless, cold meal that cost us $100+. hot and sour soup tasted like the thickeners/corn starch or whatever they use to thicken it up. No flavor, no pizzaz, no kick! Beef with Broccoli was the next item of tasteless, warrantless pricing, consumed about 1/2 of dish and left that one to the side. The lettuce wraps use to be the to "die for" appetizer. I think it was the montezuma's revenge that captured the "essence" of the tasteless, funky portion of this meal. It is now 6-8 hrs after our evening "excursion" and I am still enjoying the the rewards from Montezuma and the porcelain gods. Nothing better than having a bad digestives situation after having Hip Replacement surgery less than a week ago! Gee thanks PF for the clearing effects of your tasteless meal. Never again, never again. I remember when the PF Changs was an exciting, tasty and had a very great vibe sort of adventure. May this place disappear into the financial ruins of bad runs of business and not keeping up with the trends of society. I would also request that the Health Department make a quick visit to determine the likelihood of sanitary issues. We tossed the our leftovers this AM just in case! I insist that all employees wash their hands and the place gets sanitized.

There were 4 people working, including the manager. Food was horrible, and definitely not cooked fresh. I think they may have cooked and left under warmers since it was so slow. Even with only three tables, the food and drinks still took forever to come. I strictly asked for 1800 in my margarita but was served two $44 margaritas. My date didn't want me to complain so I bit my tongue.They were more worried about closing duties than the tables they had.Horrible experience the past few times I’ve been, and will not come back again.

Our waitress left us and started working the bar. No one came to check on us, the food was delivered by someone else, there were no refills, and we had to ask someone else for the check.

I had such an amazing experience at this location. The food was amazing, but even better were the team members. Our service was on point. I would really like to thank the support team. We were politely greeted with smiles from both Rob and Autumn at the host stand. Our appetizers were delivered to us by Quinn, they said we were in for a treat with the chicken lettuce wraps and crispy green beans. A kind gentleman was bussing tables and noticed that my Husband’s drink was getting low and he offered to refill it for us, when he came back I asked what his name was, Alex! I told him how refreshing it is to see so many happy team member's at one location. But I can’t forget Haddon, he was the gentleman that delivered our entrees, and we had realized we had forgotten to order our favorite side, the spicy green beans, he assured us not to worry and that he would let our server know and bring them out as soon as they were done. Such a wonderful experience my husband and I had at this downtown location. The manager Katie even came by to see how our experience was! Really truly a great support team at this restaurant. We will be back!

Went for the $55 special for 2 Ordered pot stickers with pork very salty Ordered sea bass (up charge) served under a bed of spinach with some soy type sauce. Very salty. The fish had a rubbery texture making it hard to cut. Definitely wasn't fresh and I'll even go on to say it was old. Ordered lo mein combo side dish. Protein was very dry indicting to me that it also wasn't fresh and had been sitting around for a long time. We each had sangrias. A little too sweet for me. Restaurants these days continue to re-enforce my belief that going out to dinner is questionable and no longer worth the cost ($115 in this particular case.) Ordered the Great Wall of china chocolate cake. Dessert was grand. The ambiance was classic Chinese. Service was good but,, disappointing overall.
