I love ordering food from Now Pho! It's so convenient that they are open late when the pho craving hits me. Their rare steak pho is so flavorful and filling. The ingredients are always fresh and divine. Highly recommend this establishment to all the pho lovers!

Okay this place is absolutely amazing. Found it one night looking for some late night pho. We came in about 30 minutes before close. We sat down and we noticed a man behind the register, who looked like the manager; quickly start to look around to make sure one of the servers saw us. When he saw that we hadn’t been greeted yet, which was maybe a minute max that had gone by, he quickly came out from behind the counter and came to greet us and got us some water. We ordered some juices, a couple appetizers and some pho. Everything from the drinks to the broth of the pho was absolutely outstanding.I later asked our server if the owner happened to be around, she said yes and quickly went to go grab him for us. Turns out the owner is the same guy who greeted us. We expressed to him how amazing everything was. My boyfriend and I work in the industry so we notice everything when we go dine somewhere ourselves. Exceeded our expectations for sure. Place is remodeled and service is great!This has been our go to late night snack place ever since.

The food is delicious. I came here with my family to eat Spring Rolls, Cheese Wontons, Shrimp Rolls, Crab Cakes, Hue Beef Noodles and spicy beef noodles. The Crab Soup is delicious, rich and delicious, with very fresh shrimp. The Bun Bo Hue dish is very unique, the Hue sate is very delicious and irresistible. The spring rolls are delicious and greasy mixed with a very delicious fish sauce. Polite staff and very attentive customer service. This place is our favorite pho place in Denver and for good reason. We come here practically every week and have never had a bad meal here. When we first came here, it was the only place open this late at night and I wasn’t expecting the food to be so good!The pho broth is honestly the best I’ve ever had, and to me that is really what makes a good bowl of pho. It’s heavenly — beefy, clear, and aromatic with spices. The veggies are always fresh as well.I usually get the Brisket, Tendon, and Rare Steak pho and it comes with the perfect ratio of meat, noodles, and broth that I get a delicious combo in every bite. The food is fresh and the pho feels like a healthy, delicious, hearty meal that you can come back to week after week without guilt.I’ve tried the beef stew noodles, mi quang, egg with rice cakes, and other dishes here as well and they’ve all been excellent too, but the pho is just so darn good that I have a hard time branching out to try everything else I want to try on the menu!I used to always go for pho when I went to Houston because it has such a large Vietnamese community that I was sure the Vietnamese food must be better there than in Denver, but the last time I went to Houston and got pho, it didn’t hold a candle to Now Pho!
The food is amazing. The service is OK. I have come to this location a handful of times and they’ve always treated me fairly for what I pay. The issue with their service is that they refused to serve me a kid size pho bowl. I’ve been a regular customer for weeks on end, and they treat me like they couldn’t make the exception. I went to Tony pho and pho 96 and they will gladly serve you a kit size Pho.Edit: I guess they don’t like money since they don’t like serving smaller portions for people who can only afford a smaller portion. How do you refuse to make money based on the principal that you could only give small portions to kids? That’s ridiculous. What if I’m on a diet this week? What if I’m not made of money every day? On average, a bowl of Pho will run someone $17. That’s more than $100 if you eat pho five times a month. Super inconsiderate. I have gladly taken my business to other pho places on federal that will gladly serve kids size portions to people willing to pay the same green dollar. Eat Tony pho and pho 96 and pho 555

Okay so wow! My first time having PHO & amazing not sure why I never have had it before but I’m glad my first time was here at NOW PHO. The service was top notch, the atmosphere, the food and drinks all awesome so much great things to say! I’m a picky eater and everything I had here was great! Had lunch here a couple of weeks back — definitely worth the trek out to Federal! Everyone was super friendly and the food/drinks were amazing! You gotta try the Wonton Noodle Soup - it’s one of their iconic signature dishes and I will def go back for that. Also enjoyed the jalapeño buttered chicken wings and Korean short rib! Just a little authentic gem of a spot — will be back!

food portions are very generous, so you’re getting what you paid for. the kobe steak in the spring rolls made such a difference to me. noodle bowl was yummy, the chicken was marinaded so well that it was full of flavor. the BBH special was awesome too. the ox tail was a good size and the flavor left my lips tingling for more that i overate. will definitely be back to try the now pho, i’m curious about all those different meat selections. we are so full leaving here

Honestly I'm a little torn on this place, and since it's a new spot, I'm going to give them some mercy. But there are dozens and dozens of places to get GREAT pho on Federal, and if you're only serving up GOOD bowls, it's not gonna cut it. As a Vietnamese child of a grandma whose pho is the stuff of legends, I take this all very seriously. Let's get into itPho review:- proper square banh pho cooked well- it's too flat, no anise and spice aroma, not rich enough, and a little too sweet for me- solid meats, small portions though- Accessory super fresh veggies, juicy limes- Overall: 3.5/5, unfortunately there are just better bowls of pho out there for you to spend your money on. But you probably won't be disappointed, plus they're apparently open until 3am, so that's a whole new concept. super attentive, maybe even too attentive? love the redesign, very youthful boba shop vibes, nice place to hang not the cheapest, not the most expensive around, priced about right I'd say
