Stopped in on a bike ride and couldn't have been more pleased. The food was so delicious and service was excellent. Orange chicken was light and crispy, the pork dumplings were juicy and had a nice crunch, and the crab cheese wontons were perfect. The mango boba and iced Vietnamese coffee were both delicious and refreshing. Will definitely be back! Heard they have new ownership who have helped with the food quality. Pho 8 is hands down the best pho restaurant on my side of town. Located in the Bear Valley shopping center next to Home Depot, this place never disappoints. The spring rolls are fresh and perfectly wrapped, while the grilled beef and shrimp are cooked to perfection.
