Do not recommend; I do not know how they got a high rating. No sauce on the sesame chicken….so dry. They argued that it was mixed in. And then said it was on the side. It was terrible and they did not want to do anything about it but repeat the same thing over. Save your 40$!

Stopped in on a bike ride and couldn't have been more pleased. The food was so delicious and service was excellent. Orange chicken was light and crispy, the pork dumplings were juicy and had a nice crunch, and the crab cheese wontons were perfect. The mango boba and iced Vietnamese coffee were both delicious and refreshing. Will definitely be back! Heard they have new ownership who have helped with the food quality. Not sure what it was like before, but it was amazing the other day.

Pho 8 is hands down the best pho restaurant on my side of town. Located in the Bear Valley shopping center next to Home Depot, this place never disappoints. The spring rolls are fresh and perfectly wrapped, while the grilled beef and shrimp are cooked to perfection. The homemade fish sauce, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha add the perfect amount of spice and flavor to every dish. The atmosphere of Pho 8 is inviting and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. The service is always friendly and fast, ensuring that you never have to wait long for your delicious meal.If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, do yourself a favor and check out Pho 8. You won't be disappointed.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. All three entries were inedible. I don't know how this place rates a 4.5 rating. Should be a 2.

this place is great. right by my neighborhood and one of the best bowls of Pho in town. fresh-made broth, none of that powdered mix stuff and fresh ingredients always. the staff is warm, friendly and attentive as well. whether you want viet, thai or chinese dishes they do them all wonderfully and they are sure to satisfy your cravings.

The food is excellent, really good quality of broth in the Pho that I had, and the serving sizes are quite generous. I do wish that there was an option for a small bowl of pho. However, it wasn't too much of an issue, especially when it tasted so rich. It's a bit of a hole in the wall, and during the mid-day there really wasn't much going on. The TV was playing a very interesting Vietnamese game show(???) that really piqued my interest, but once more of us gringos came in they turned it off because the average person isn't very interested in foreign TV. Somewhat dimly lit, but the tables were clean, and the staff was nice. Very yummy overall. If you live in the area you should give it a try with an open mind. Also they have Boba! I had a Matcha tea slush and the flavor was really really good, but I felt that the boba was slightly undercooked and frozen in some parts once I got to the bottom of the cup. Still, very acceptable, and those first couple slurps were fantastic.Vegetarian options: I personally am a vegetarian, and they have the option to have Pho with vegetable based broth. The tofu was good too, and the chopped vegetables that were in the broth were not over or undercooked.

We came for a late lunch after visiting my mom, and it was amazing. Great atmosphere and excellent food. The beef and shrimp spring rolls were flavorful even without the peanut dipping sauce- with the sauce? Wow!Vegetarian options: Pho is available with tofu, vegetables or tofu and vegetables. There is a veggie broth available. All the noodle options are available with tofu rather than meat.

Earlier in 2023, the food was bad. But, a new owner took over and now it’s one of my favorite places in south Denver. The owner is nice and takes pride in his food. I highly recommend coming here now, in 2024.
