This is one of my go to places when I'm at work, I like the fact that I can order via the app and customize my sandwiches. They always have great service and their food is always spot on, they have lots of choices for all food types. I usually get the veggie sandwich or the tuna, and love getting them toasted with BBQ chips, they also have soups and salads. Ordered online. Food was put behind counter due to theft. It would be nice if they put a sign at the pickup area notifying people that they moved mobile orders to behind the counter. I was sitting there waiting thinking it wasn't ready when it was. Luckily I noticed the bag sitting there. Other than that, the food was made well and the staff were nice. My only complaint is that they could clean some tables during the slow times. The location is super convenient, if walking.

I ate at the Potbelly on Colorado Blvd and it Yale on 10/21.The sandwich was delicious, the woman that took our order and the cashier were friendly and professional. However, the young man that asked us about toppings was not only rude, but impatient and not at all aware of what customer service means.
