Lorenzo was our server. Finn was the assistant. We’re visiting from out of town and have two Ruth’s Chris near us. This one is the best of any we have been to. This location has the best service, atmosphere, and service. They are very attentive. Great suggestions. Table side carvibg & attention to the details mixed with the wonderful communication. This team made our special night amazing.

My wife and I shared the 16oz. Ribeye, medium rare of course. The steak was delicious and right on the money. However, they need to figure out how to better prepare their lobster Mac n’ cheese.The rest of the meal, wine and service was well worth it.

I think I had higher expectations for the food, but the service and the way we were treated by the manager was priceless. My steak was charred on the outside and they remade everything and didn’t make me feel like I was in the wrong. Wonderful place to dine

My wife and I attend the place with low expectations since we are from Texas and no one does it bigger or better than texas!!! However, this place and pictures posted do not do it justice. Wait staff was super friendly and kept the water flowing. I've had been treated to luxury restaurants and they did good, but this place was outstanding with flavor from the food! I didn't take pictures of the atmosphere due to my honeymoon celebration but it was indeed amazing all around. My wife (non much of a conivore) loved her steak and the service provided! Thank you and we hope to see yall again in the future.

Every year we celebrate our anniversary at RC, typically in Salt Lake City, this year we did it in Denver. 4/5/ 24 Friday night What a huge disappointment. We went to order the porter house and stuff chicken, with a bottle of white pino, waiter took our order and 10 min later comes back says we don’t have the porter . ( really all your known for) and the town was booming with events like Rocky open g, Tim McGraw, Matt rife, anyway fine I’ll order the ribeye, ok and by the way sir we are out of your wine selection as well, so we can offer you this one. No thank that’s the one we said was not up to par, manager comes back. I apologize we will offer your dessert and appetizer on the house. Ok ya that’s fine I appreciate the gesture. After an abnormal waiting period chicken comes out, not bad slightly dry, ribeye comes I ordered medium, it’s medium well and 1/2” thick but not tender and hard enough I thought it might have been microwaved to get it reheated. End of it all dessert ordered, 30 min to get cheesecake out of the fridge and toast a crème brûlée!? I got up after 25 gathered all our belonging and went to the front desk and asked if I could cash out” I don’t do that” I realize that but if you don’t cash me out, I’m walking out. Took my card and then came back and said your bills at your table, there it was with out appetizers. What a poorly managed branch and huge disappointment. Something that has never happened to me at one in 13 yrs?!!

Went for a friends birthday party not long ago and the atmosphere was great HOWEVER The customer service needs work. I understand it was a larger party, but to leave everyone in the freezing cold dining room for 30 minutes while splitting checks and adding last minute dishes to patrons orders is completely unacceptable! The service was terrible and the food wasn’t any better the presentation wasn’t there everything was slapped on a plate everything felt very rushed and unprofessional. Then at the end of the night I was overcharged on my already $300 bill because the server didn’t know how to do his job. Will not be back to this location.
