Overall, the food was amazing. The spicy shrimp was flavorful with a nice texture. The homemade blue cheese dressing was amazing. The creamed spinach was a tasty surprise. The steaks were cooked perfectly, very tender, and seasoned to perfection. A couple of misses on the food. The lobster bisque had a bitter aftertaste. After a comedy show at the convention center, we decided to go to Ruth's Chris. Despite the fact that we had no reservation, Jamie found us a lovely table without even a wait. She was so accommodating! Our waiter, George, took excellent care of us. Food and drinks were fabulous and it was the perfect ending to a great day.

The waiter. Josh was unbelievable! He was very informative and knew the menu by heart. He gave a ton of great suggestions. He was very friendly and welcoming, willing to accommodate any request that I had! Wonderful people skills, you guys are lucky to have him!!!! ??Mike
