I came in my order at 12:55pm ahead of time got to Santiago’s 1:14pm sat there waiting after I paid 1:45 I’m waiting at counter to get refund and my food was put under the counter my name was not called out service has gotten
We ordered pick up. A couple Indian tacos and chips with salsa. Got there to pick up and the tacos were ready. But no chips. She said she would bag them and they'd be ready in a minute. 15 minutes later we asked what's up with the chips, she said OH I FORGOT. By the time we got home to eat the Indian tacos they were soggy and had to be thrown out. Poor service. Pretty disappointed
