Every time I try to order a sugar free drink at this location. They give me a hard time, telling me they can’t do it or “it won’t be the same consistency”. I order the same drinks without problems, at other Starbuck locations. The girl working at drive thru seems very short and annoyed by my request. It’s near my gym, but at this point, I think it’s worth the drive to go to a different location.Dietary restrictions: No sugar

Went today for the first time to this location to get coffee and a sandwich, after a long drive thru line I received the wrong order, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese but received exactly what I didn’t want which was a disgusting uncooked bacon egg and cheese. I love bacon but never from Starbucks knowing how they serve it. Uncooked, soggy and disgusting. Also the bread was cooked on top (hard) but cold and soft on the bottom. Absolutely trash. It’s as if your not even important enough for them to open the sandwich so it cooks properly, and they have the nerve to ask for a tip! HA yeah right, I call and there is no manager in today and the supervisor left. Useless store with useless workers. I want a refund and will now have to call again and let them find my order as they don’t give receipts. Don’t order bacon sandwiches from this pos unless you like it uncooked and disgusting. I’m feeding it to the stray cats as that’s all it’s good for. Save your money for a deserving store not Starbucks.

I hate to criticize this place because the one staff member was very nice. But they have "remodeled" this location, meaning no tables for seating. Not even a trash can on the "floor" which is about 100 square feet. I hope this is not the direction all SBs are going.

It was once said that Starbucks was supposed to be the “3rd place.” The first being home, the second, work and the third, Starbucks. Well, when you redesign and offer no tables or places to sit (besides a hard bench), why would it become the third place. Horribly uninviting.

This used to be an every week stop with it being so close to my place. But after the remodel happened everything has gone down the drain. So has every drink I've bought from them since the reopening. If it's not the milk that's gone bad it's the burnt espresso it's the lack of actual coffee. Staff is extremely rude drinks are absolutely disgusting

I keep giving this place a chance since it’s so close to my boyfriend’s apartment but every single time I order from here it tastes nasty. Either they forget the espresso in my latte, The milk is bad, or they forget the added syrup I ask for. I’m sick of giving this place a chance. I’d rather drive rather for a better Starbucks.
