Today I had top-notch service from one of their outstanding employee with medium blonde hair and a black apron (he did not have a name on the apron). First and foremost, when taking my order he patiently answered my questions, offered recommendations, and ensured my order was tailored to my preferences. This location is consistent, friendly, and gets you taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I truly appreciate that in a chain. The only other location I pass on the way to work gives me a different drink every time I go, even though I always order the same thing.
