What a wonderful and fun place to celebrate a birthday. The staff was beyond attentive and kind. Our server, Jeffery C was so fun and made sure we were all happy. The brunch menu was outstanding. I loved all of the fresh and original menu options. Every single item was delicious. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out.

I really wanted to like this place…the pancake was good (not $20 good)…overall I would not come back or recommend this place.

Went for brunch and had a espresso and the Emmabella, was really delicious! Really nice and lively seating, place was packed. Dutch pancake is popular but not for me. Would definitely come back!

Second time eating here and it was way different than my first experience a few months ago. Service at the bar was TERRIBLE! Food was also very mediocre for the price. Bison tenderloin was way overcooked. Risotto was way undercooked and soupy. Food took 30+ minutes per course to come out. Cocktails took 15+ minutes even sitting at the bar. Bindery needs to figure this out. Their price point is way too high for this kind of stuff.

Went here for 2024 Restaurant Week - the menu choices for the 1st course and dessert were great. The 2nd course is a choice between a small reasonable plate and an entire lamb (literally). Service was great. The food was underwhelming.

Their dinner fare was only so-so. I see raving reviews for their brunch, so maybe I'll try that in the future. But the dinner entrees left a lot to be desired. Cocktails were also pretty mid. Overall the presentation was there but the taste wasn't. It's really sad when I'm at one restaurant and then I wish I was at a much better one that's only a couple blocks away.

Very mediocre food experience. Wait staff I think we're too busy. Surprised after all the positive views and the price pi8nt. Dutch baby was like an eggy bread pudding. Chilaquiles too salty to eat. Pastries good.
