This place is yummy but kind of expensive. Had the crispy pork and Kobe beef which were both delicious.

I'm long overdue to write this review, but this is my favorite hot pot spot here in the Denver metro area. I've been to almost all the hot pot spots in the DMA and none of the other hot pot restaurants have beaten Bronze Empire in my book. A couple of my friends and I go here so often the wait staff recognize us now. LOL. I've brought pretty much all of my local and visiting friends/family here for dinner and it's always been a hit! It's definitely way more expensive compared to the all you can eat restaurants, but the atmosphere, the always super friendly wait staff, the quality (and huge variety) of ingredients, soup bases, the excellent sauce bar, etc. are worth the extra money you're spending. I used to eat hot pot all the time when I studied abroad in Shanghai and I always missed the authentic taste of spicy hot pot and the huge variety of sauces that you typically find at most hot pot places in China. Out of pretty much all the hot pot places I've tried, I'd say the spicy hot pot here tastes exactly the same as the hot pot I used to eat in Shanghai. I like that everyone has an individual pot, and in my opinion, it's a great option for big parties because everyone can pretty much customize what specific ingredients they want, and share other ingredients together. If you ever decide to come, I definitely recommend the pan fried dumplings and the scallion pancake for the appetizers! I literally randomly crave the dumplings some nights that's how good they are. I'd also highly recommend booking a reservation (super easy with their online booking) because this place gets filled up really fast, and wait times can be quite a while as it's definitely a great place to relax and chat as you cook your food so people tend to linger while they eat. It's also not the largest space, so there's a pretty limited number of tables. Overall, I always come back to Bronze Empire whenever I want my authentic hot pot fix and I'm never disappointed!Vegetarian options: I'd say this place is pretty good for vegetarian options. I believe there is a vegetable broth (with a separate refill from the bone broth), there's a ton of vegetable, tofu, mushroom, rice, and noodle options. I'm not vegetarian though so I can't say for certain.Parking: It's located in the corner of the shopping center so there's a decent number of spots by the doors, but also in the general parking lot for the rest of the shopping center is pretty large.

Best hot pot place in Denver. The quality of the meats/food is much greater than others in the area. The broth is actually seasoned well. We've been multiple times and have tried the Sichuan, Tom yum and butter broth. Brisket, prime ribeye and Kobe are our fav meats. The sauce bar, even has guidance of what to combine and found very helpful. The staff is friendly, and attentive too. Will keep coming back!

I've never been to a Hot Pot (Shabu Shabu) restaurant where I'm the only Asian, so I was skeptical at first. lol To my surprise it was very good! The restaurant is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The choices of meats & seafood were plentiful, except they were out of Wagyu and a couple of other higher-end meats. Vegetables were fresh, broth selection was good, although I shouldn't have selected the Miso, I prefer the clearer broths, less salty. Unlike traditional Japanese style Hot Pot, where they only dip is Ponzu or Goma (Sesame) taré (sauce), Chinese style uses a variety of sauces, which I liked. Our server was nice, he came around to make sure we were doing ok and that we had enough food and broth. I liked their Scallion pancakes- light and flaky! Make sure to get an order:) Price-wise, it's not AYCE, so it can get a little pricey.

This place is ridiculously over-priced. I wasn't impressed with the food, or the broth. The lady that served us was excellent but I will never be back. $200 for three people only to get mediocre food and this isn't even an upscale environment. I could have went to a very classy steakhouse restaurant and spent $150 tops....

The staff alone 5 stars. Busy as bees, yet still have a great attitude. Took a friend for her birthday, and they made the dinner super cute and special! At the end of our dinner, some staff came over to sing Happy Birthday to her with a light up sign. Made me feel like we had gotten bottle service at the club. Highly recommend for good food, and a great dinning experience!
